16 milion coin are declared in circulation. but there are much more. to 110 sat yesterday are 9 milion coin.

I understand, with the announced 16m coins if that was true, with that pump of ICOBID, this coins would have been enjoying 100 sats to 200 sats floor. Though I know Pioneer88 have no ill intention about his action but it reflected ICOBID badly. Your investors are good but the incoming investors are much better because they are the one who will push the price up. Pioneer88 should have declared this thing openly and not only in between the investors with "secret" agreement.

We must count on 102 million in circulation as Dev does not disclose spending, there is no reason to believe that most of the coins are currently in his possession.
Poloniex will never add a coin without transparency.

The thing is is not about those addresses but the announcement about that 85 million ICOBID that were announced by the dev himself and yet it falls under not correct info being announced here. Dev make the people here believe that they are holding 85m as hostage where they already have distributed some of it in secret. This won't be an issue if dev had been transparent ever since.

The answer to your question is in the last two pages, Dev explained very well. All is under control
the answer was not in there. 85 million is supposed to be locked in for "at least 6 months". obviously not locked anymore and is somewhere else.
To sum it up, the original intention of Pioneer88 was to lock 85 million and stake it for the special ICOBID program but when ICOBID is listed on an exchange, the price of ICOBID was way too low. So to compensate for the price, Pioneer give more ICOBID to the investors accordingly. But the problem here is this.

For your kind information before getting listed to Yobit , the wallet number one was existing with the same percentage and same with wallet number two also, and you have forgot that This coin is Minable it means their are miners coin also in the market which is existing from the ICO period of time and that was the main failure of the ICO but still developer have not failed faith on this project and just doing his work on the project. Now it is upto the users who are following this coin to make the forum get more success by advertising it and using the forum more often. Even Developer have setup a bounty for using the forum

Poloniex it will be amazing step for ICOBID, at poloniex high volume cab for most of new coins and tons of trader there.
You need to be in top 100 coinmarketcap to be noticed by Poloniex, Icob needs publicity and be in the media, this has been offered for free if the dev wants. If he does not want to talk with his voice not to be recognised they will replace his voice with another one. It has been done before if he want to be anonymous

I spent a lot of ICOBID for bounties.
