Since the pre-ICO phase extends 14 days, we give 100.000 ICB more for signature bounties campaign (beginning September 1st and ending October 14th, 23:59 EST). To be qualified for the later phase signature bounties, you can register at any time and complete at least 20 posts. You have only two weeks for registering the campaign and about three weeks to wear our signature for bounty.
