i have used small letters, capitals, numbers and special character. Maybe special character is the problem. Because I have problem with it. Try special character '@'. I hope it will works.

I have a hard time registering my account on the website but still I successfully manage to be registered!
hint to others on registering, I only use one lowercase letter, one special character, one uppercase letter and the rest is numbers,!
