Is that true that Iconomi will flip over from ico to security IEO or STO ? For investors to have some kind of equity in the company ?
It's not and i m feeling doubt about that dude, Why don't they give us their promise to distributing the profit that acquired by the company when it was famous a years before? I was an early investors in this one and it has changed the concept from distributing the dividend into the buyback and burn. That will never happen. ICONOMI has already created its security token but this company tried to replace it again to change it into the utility but basically this is useless.

If I buy ICN tokens on an exchange does that mean that I also get them traded for security tokens or is that just for the ones who participated in your ICO offering?

Even though Iconomi has been around for awhile it is not widely talked about nor does it have a huge online following. Not many are tracking the progress of ICN since it has fallen out of the top 100 coins on coinmarketcap. I believe that due to the current fear and uncertainty in the market people are also taking a much more cautious and sceptical approach on announcements that are made.
The only wrong statement here is that not many are monitoring Iconomi. Iconomi was popular back then, it would have been more popular if its token model was acceptable in Binance. Literally every crypto venture suffered almost 90% losses on average. So it is not unique to ICN.
