Hopefully we had already reached the bottom line so the growth of prices is on our way now,2018 is the darkest days of ICO when almost all of the ICO decided to Paused,stopped and some even scammed because of the dumping market.
I see some good entrants right now compare on the other year where scam are so rampant, and hopefully good companies will came out and find their entries in crypto space. But let see on how things go by this year since we are still on bear market where all are in unstable state.

Unfortunately this is the truth, icos started really well and most of the successful projects in the market started that way but now the market has been invaded by scammers that only care about getting profits and deceiving their investors, so slowly investors have lost confidence in the market and once you lose something as important as that there is no coming back, even if the market begins to make a come back I doubt icos will regain its previous glory. Of course, now the new project is not so easy in the market where correction is difficult to collect funds, many have lost faith in the profit from investments, I think that a new form of fundraising may appear, more reliable, and there will be less deception from the companies themselves.

I also think that this year will filter all the existing ICOs and all unprofitable, unused or scam projects will be cleaned or be blacklisted. I agree that more people are now becomming aware of scams and we are more obeservamt now than last year. We learned from the past and we make the environment safer this year.

They promise a lot of things, they will make the project achieve hard-cap and they will do the right route. But the 3 projects I invested in, PDATA, Current, Bitnautic did not do it and even the advisor ignored our messages and saw us as garbage. ICO should be removed from the market.

Frauds and scams were a heavy blow to icos that's for sure. 2018's ico supoort decline is proof of that. Sadly, even legitimate icos that have good potential suffered from this. Probably in a few years, given that some icos can prove their worth, it can again regain steam.
