So, I tried few sites and all of them are asking for ID verifications, all that you suggested. Seems like there is no website without that crap.

i think you have not looked carefully, because many have a limit below which they don't ask for your id, but all these exchanges, asks for your name, that's obvious, you need it to connect it afterward to your bank account, otherwise you can't withdraw

did you tried coinimal, for example?
They need an ID when you claiming your money in the different money exchange in your country so that they know if you are that person.

they will never know if you are that person, it's easy to scam and that's bullshit
Its not easy to scam like you are scamming a people who have been scammed. And you have only flawed conscious if you will be scammed.

I mean it's easy to make fake documents...you can buy it for few bucks..
they can't be sure if I am that person, never. believe me, so many scammers, professionals..
this verifications just taking too long
if you though that they can make it or they can fake their ID or some documents, they can't because our technology or our gadgets are very helpful they can detect the fake documents, And if they fake the documents and they use it for now but after a few days they will know that its fake and they will caught that criminals.

I hate any kind of verification.
This is crypto. I want to stay anonymous.

use monero instead, or any ring signature, but you can't stay anonymous if in the end you want to dump for fiat, this is the issue, if you really want to stay anonymous, you should not exchange even a penny, and all your deals should be done with altcoin

Why do you need to buy anonymously? Theres anything wrong if they know your name? Maybe you are doing a wrong thing so that you want to buy or sell anonymously.

there is actually a probleim in sending your persona ID, if the exchange will be hacked one day(pretty common nowadays) then the hacker can steal your identity and use it for criminal stuff

this is why many don't want to deal with exchange that require your id
So that the reason why do you need to buy anonymously? If no one will gave their identity in different exchanger or what ever that needs ID what will happened to that country?

i don't know what will happen, but i prefer to not give my id on a exchange that is working under different governments, if they still you id who will cover your ass? none, you will be in a serious trouble
But in some country like my country need an id so that they determine if you are that person and also they gave you what you must have like the changes on that exchanger or the announcement.

In the sense that Bitcoins as supposed to be usable "like cash", I can see where someone might want to be anonymous.

Would it make sense to require someone to produce an ID at a local convenience store when paying with FIAT cash? I for one would not go back to a store that required me to do that when paying with cash to buy a soda or some snacks.  Sad

Bitcoins should be usable the same way for most things.  However, some Bitcoin-FIAT transactions may need ID due to the law, so one cannot expect to be able to do that with anyone who has a high visibility (such as an exchange site).
I didn't say that you need a valid id to buy foods or what ever. I only mean that you should have valid ID to recognize that you are that person. Its only for exchanging your bitcoin.

Where to buy Bitcoins with debit card without this shitty ID verifications??
Any recommendations?

If you use debit card, you are actually not anonymous anymore.
If you want anonymity, use cash. I have Payment processor "ATM"s in my city and I buy from those, for example. That's closer to anonymous.
