...but you have to push for a meeting with the CEO to explain it directly to him or her.

Let's be realistic here and only point OP to the possible things that can be considered. Talking to a CEO is like 0.00001% chance.

No way they will just respond to an email with a content:

"I have a great and wonderful idea that can your exchange increase the number of users and transaction volumes. Message me if interested."

Make sense.
Not only 0.00001% but this thing is almost impossible or lets say 0 chance to happen. No exchange owner would just simply hear out some strangers
words about ideas on how to run up the exchange and increasing its users. They do know on what their doing so its not possible for them to hear out on others opinion or ideas.

I have an idea of a exchange platform that can help the exchange increase the amount of users and transaction volumes. But now I don't have the financial resources to implement it.
Should I contact a exchange and sell the idea to them?
Can you give me a comment?

Hmm, very interesting, crypto trading platform has existed already so I doubt that they haven't explored any methods in increasing the amount of users, Binance and other exchanges have reinvented themselves by offering ICO launchpad so that a good start. I'm not really sure that its a good move to contact them, they might even snub your for all we know. So you are in a dilemma, maybe you can give a try and pitch them your idea who knows, so goodluck to you!!!

I know that IEO has gotten bad lately and getting lots of less interests, but if I were you, I would work on building a team and then get some blockchain technology to develop an exchange for you, but before that, to get money to establish the project, you can just have your whitepaper set up, then let the concept be known briefly so it doesn’t get stolen, while you see if you will succeed in raising fund to make that idea reflect on the exchange, maybe this might give you an edge over other exchanges in the market, but the issue is that, before you could even get your exchange to grow based on the idea, other exchanges would have hijacked it, just like they hijacked the IEO of Binance now.

You can just try your luck though but you have to push for a meeting with the CEO to explain it directly to him or her.

yes of course you can sell your idea everywhere as long it's good and very informative. What i mean can help to obtain real users immediately for the progress of the exchange .because that's what they're looking for indeed.

See every thinking brain is capable of ideating. That's the very human nature you are born with. But just because you have an idea, doesn't mean that its worth investing. If it is THAT good, then you would have sold your soul to fund the project yourself.

And there are tons of exchanges these days, some share rewards, some share revenue, etc etc So I doubt that you have come up with something that someone else hasn't already thought of.

But with that said. You should patent your idea before you start pitching it to potential investors, otherwise, anyone that you share your multimillion-dollar idea, they could steal it.

depends, I can't guarantee they will accept your idea, because everyone has different views and ideas, sometimes we think small, but according to others it's a big thing.
but you can try it, and contact the exchanger who you think is suitable to implement your idea.

Try to create a team and run and ICO, it might not guarantee a success but who knows, at least you can benefit on your idea unlike selling it in an exchange that you don't know if they'll appreciate it or will just steal your idea in case.

Forget it.

Giving idea or plans to those exchanges are not like easy as sending BTC to an address. Even they will noticed your message, lots of undergoing, checking and questionings are needed before they will consider your idea.

And to increase the amount of users? So a sort of advertisement? I doubt they will be interested to that. They don't need it.

You might just be talking about a marketing strategy for them to increase their users and I doubt that they have not think about that themselves. Ruling out all the possibilities of promotions like Google Adsense and Adwords and also Facebook ads I know their marketing department already have think about all the other ways to increase their users. Also increasing trading volume is something an exchange cannot control, they cannot force their users on trading with them and they cannot stop them from joining and trading in other exchange. If you are only talking about some kind of commission scheme then you can rule it out as well since with the service fee they already have I don't think that they will be open on sharing some of their profits from their users.

Exchanges already have bright ideas on the table for the purpose of that.

I know you will not disclose a bit of your idea but no way they will just entertain random ideas, even how good it is coming from their random emails. I suggest to at least have an effort to show it somehow on whatever way you think so that you will have a sort of portfolio for their reference.

It will take time though.

You can only do this if they announced some kind of bounties related to their development program but I never seen such on any exchanges so you can implement the idea by creating your own crypto exchange rather than selling it to someone.

If you really trust your idea can be sold, register it first and apply for international patent before selling it to anybody. Because if you really see potential in your idea, it's better to safeguard yourself first and then go out to the market. Otherwise, any exchange can adopt your idea without benefiting you financially.

Chances are that your emails and other forms of contact traffic to exchanges will be marked as spam. I am quite sure that exchanges are being bombarded with emails where people try to sell them domains, 'whale insider information', bug information, information about competitors, etc. People are desperate to earn money and will try to get it where possible.

Best odds of succeeding (even though they realistically speaking are very low overall) is to get in touch with brand new exchanges that are trying to start up and attract users. Don't waste your time trying to reach out to the Coinbases of this world.

You can try but dont hope because 99.9% it would really be just ignored by the exchange itself.Your Idea might be good but it wont be easily recognized or do get
some attention by them.So its better not to strive and stress yourself out and forget about it.

As big and as good as any ideas you have to help an exchange, I don't think they will listen to you. Well because they already have their own team that handles the ideas that will be developed. Maybe you have a good idea for an exchange, but whether your idea is in sync with the development of previous exchanges. So I mean, you might think that your idea is the best, but you don't know what is developed behind that exchange.

I am quite appreciative of your thoughts that are critical enough to produce extraordinary ideas, but unfortunately you only have a small chance to get the attention of developers. Why don't you offer your idea in the service thread, there might be investors interested in working with you.

Regardless of how big and original you think your idea is, it's not possible to sell it (in any field). If you're a marketer and an exchange is recruiting, you can try and apply, but aside from that, you should forget about it.

Sure, it is idea that rules the world. If you have an idea that will help an exchange grow bigger and you don't have the financial strength to carry on with it by yourself, then you can sell the idea out. Either outrightly for money or you do a part payment and partner in royalty with the exchange. I wish you luck and success.
