Why you need to prove you are legit?

First you are a newbie, not that this is a bad thing, because we all have been Newbies at one point, but because newbies are considered alts in here.
Second, from the last hardfork, the invites not issued are rewarded, so you must prove you are legit so you won't waste anyone invites/money.
And the thing is that a lot of people wants to join the network now that the price went parabolic up, so the demand is much more higher than the supply.
