We have reflected your changed status on the spreadsheet for next week(week 4). The changed rates for your posts will be reflected starting Monday 2016/08/08.
The campaign manager sent me a message accepting my application but they will only counted my post on the 8th ,so my post today and through the 7th of this month are not counted as specified to his message I need a clarification on this.." Your posts will be counted starting 2016/08/8"
Its because on the 8th is monday, and every monday the stage is over all post will count back to zero in this campaign. And in monday will start the next stage of this campaign, I hope you are clarified now.You can see this quote below from OP as what the rules says.
1. All posts will be counted starting each Monday 00.00.01 UTC Payment will be sent by the same day 23.59.59 UTC. Allow time for the transaction to be fully processed. If you enroll during the week, then your post count will start the following Monday. (edited wording to clarify meaning 7/28)
