I think not all IEOs can benefit, only a few IEOs are usually held at large exchange places such as binance or others that have high trading volumes, so IEO will be successful and ieo participants will be easy to get profits.
even also in binance right now IEO is not hype anymore or their system that held IEO every month make people are waiting to buy next IEO instead of hunting the previous IEO tokens.

IEOs are good for profit. I entered many IEOs and sold my coins more than IEO price at all of them. Some of them made 4-5X, some of them 2-3X. I sold one of them (ERD) for 15X.
By the way IEOs profit also depends on the situation of the market. If marker is not good for trade, than expected profit from IEO will be lower.

I think back to the beginning of the question where you bought the IEO coin. if you buy IEO coins in a number of large markets such as binance, huobi, gate.io, okex it's certain that your openmarket will benefit. but some small markets I'm not sure
Such profits can be provided by big exchanges. However, IEO trend is now slowing down, because a much bigger amount of people have the access to token sales. Someday, IEOs would become not more profitable as IEOs and we would see something completely different.

Investing in a fresh project is very risky mate and uncertain, wherein your just wasting efforts and money on it. . People are using IEO in another ways to make money. I was thinking that IEO is a replacement to ICO and i only invested in one at latoken because I see it as a secure environment to invest in projects. I think we have to be careful in holding some of the IEO as it is like a pump and dump kind. Don't invest in it for long terms. Be ready to sell when others are holding and buy another one if not you will be left with coins or tokens that no one will be ready to buy from you in the long term. My thoughts on IEOs and profit is that these are probably best thought of as short-term buys. The popularity of IEOs at the moment looks quite similar (although on a lesser scale) to the ICO madness in 2017. IEO prices can surge - particularly the Binance ones - but I'm not sure this is based on the long-term viability of the projects so much as on simple FOMO. I'm sure some of them are genuinely great projects, but I'm also sure that some are not.

Almost every IEO that took place on Binance was successful. You need to buy their tokens and hold them for several weeks, to be eligible for the next lottery. Forget about Matic and move on to next promising projects.

I'm not an IEO expert nor an investor but most of these projects were really pushed by hypes. Good project that conducted IEO on good exchanges will almost certainly deliver after the trade launch. Usually IEO don't take time before trade is enabled, except maybe for a project carrying out some compliance audit or other circumstances. So far Binance IEO have been winning the game because of large community of traders of course.

Talking about listing? They are already being listed on an exchange yet the exchange itself is the one who do held this IEO sale and thats the advantage of IEO compared to ICO's where you do somehow have assurance for those tokens to get value after the sale yet its directly be traded on the exchange itself.

I have never successfully participated in ICO for me to say exactly how it operates and I dint know about the IEO you are talking about because I only follow binance IEO and I am not sure if this particular one is from binance, though not every IEO on binance is what I know also.
My believe is that when an IEO is successfully launched, it takes less time for it to be concluded and in the process of people buying it, the value starts to appreciate immediately which you can sell at any time you want depending on your believe of the project, and most of the IEO that I have heard from Binance, I think they have had some great percentage increase in their capital, but after that, I usually don’t know if they are given the opportunity to withdraw their fund or not, or do they have to wait for it to enter exchange again.
