If major altcoins don’t go bullish again before November should investors sell and stay away?
Not necessary. In such a situation, smart investors will not leave the cryptocurrency just because it does not grow in value for a long time.
Today we see another sharp drop in Bitcoin to $ 6,328 and a drop in ethereum to $ 206, according to the CoinMarketCap table. The bull market is not yet observed, despite the fact that it is already almost half of October. Two and a half months left before the new year. Of course, if the market does not rise in these months, there will be another panic among investors.

the rise in altcoin value is greatly influenced by market conditions. investors are still hesitant to invest in altcoin coins to cause the slow movement of altcoin values. and the key factor is the project team, how communication and integration attract new communities brings a large influence on the value of the coin.

Why people are doubt to invest? Because most of all coins aren't showing recovery and nowadays there's a lot of fake ICO projects that caused of crying to ICO investors.

in my experience if you want to be successful in the altcoin market you need to be a trader not an investor which means you should always be active or out of the market. you can never buy an altcoin and hold it because you will definitely lose money in the long run when the dumps start.

but as a trader you can gain experience with every trade and every minute that you spend in the market and with it improve yourself and your profitability. in the end you will be capable of earning money consistently with every trade even when the market is all in red and people are crying about it you will be able to go where the profit is and make good profit on your investment.
This is something I agree with, if you want to be an investor then you need to put your money in the coins with the highest market caps, but if you want to earn a lot of money by taking advantage of the price differences in new altcoins you will need to watch them several times a day and that means that more than an investor you are a trader.

As they say, until I sold, I did not lose anything. I think it is worth while to buy a correction - thereby diluting the portfolio. and definitely keep .. who keeps the altos on the stock exchanges - do not forget the stop-lost !!

I agree - the market should give progress, just as the Altcoins should go ahead after the batka.

I hope people all stay away from crypto, not just altcoins but even for Bitcoin,,, I am perfectly fine with waiting until 2020 and I have said it even last year and during the bull runs, because I am not done collecting and hoarding! If I can have this year and 2019 still buying my small amounts whenever I can, and at the low low prices,,, I can rest easy in 2020 onwards just waiting for all of the coins to achieve more usage, more security, better platforms, etc.

And then,,, I can start thinking about selling some.

The market is giving indications its near a floor if not there already so there's probably not much further it will decline if only moderately so the risk of holding good quality assets shouldn't be too high just ensure you're choosing the most over sold and not wildly speculative

Of course we must keep on. Worse than the situation now will be gone, I think now the market will only recover down we will not fall. Such sky-high interest as early in the year we will not see, but the profit will be stabilized, and all who genuinely believe in the cryptocurrency will make a profit.

You can leave anytime you want, this is all about you and your strategy. Market is unpredictable and I believe this situation will continue until January 2019, too long for hold action. See again your strategy and market progress, is it realistic to keep stay? decides now before too late. Ignore another opinion, expert analyze and bot, they only give you nightmare.

Of course we need to keep until the end of the coin, why sell yourself in the negative. All have missed the growth of the market, I think he still is, but maybe not in November and in December.

Try to take risk and start trading don't wait for Bitcoin surprise, earn small and don't take tension but also hodl some good coins or token too, as BTC and crypto market will go up but no time frame.

The cryptocurrency market may not rise at all this year. However, this will not mean that you should leave him and that he has lost his prospects for earning income. Practically, nothing dangerous has happened so far, for many reasons it is still not rising in price. However, this cannot continue for too long. In any case, he will soon recover and grow. Even if it begins to grow only next year, it will only heal it, too unbalanced people will leave it.

Decision to sell or hold should come from you as an investor or holder for any token you have. Having said that you are asking what you should do if there's no bull run before November should be base on what you think to the market.

We can suggest if you have to keep on hodling but there are instances that people who are suggesting what to do are being blamed with those people who asked certainly on what they should do. AFAIK, there's a post like that here on the forum and not only here but in different networks too.

But why did they take it all, what will be the growth this year? I personally think that growth can be expected when they take Etf, and this is done extremely reluctantly and slowly.

Generally, I would say no, but of course, it depends on your individual situation.
If you are ok with taking a loss to move your investments into real estate, or stocks, then by all means do so.

I personally don't think crypto is done for and we have another huge bull run coming up.
Getting out before that would be a terrible waste.

Even when I think about worst case scenarios, I can still see ways to recover my loses and exit even.
I have never sold at a loss ever and don't plan on doing so anytime soon.

Crypto will be around forever, but the idea that it will grow in value indefinitely is just wishful thinking.
We should be ready for the next bull run but also have a clear exit strategy.
If you are in it for the long long run, you better pick your coins very carefully.

It is ridiculous to put such an arbitrary limit for the altcoins to recover, if you do not like the market and how it's moving then you are completely free to stay out of it but to try to put such a limit is a mistake, there are many coins that are giving profits right now you just need to go out there and find them.
