I personally would sell maybe 0.00001 BTC (about $10 if I'm not mistaken).

The question is very unrealistic to be happen, but since its only a question, if ever bitcoin is 1M$ then I saved 5 bitcoins perhaps I would sell 0.001 BTC. That's enough for me to en cash it into my country currency.
You are right this speculation is too unrealistic to consider since $1m price is soo high and impossible to reach that price anytime soon. No one really knows what would happen on bitcoins price in near future but in my own view it would not reach that amount. Same as yours only a small portion of my bitcoin would already do to enchash it on my country.
Seriously speaking though I don't think this is as much as a delusion as some people here think, There was a time when BTC was worth a cent or so, I realize it's not something you should hold your breath waiting for but it's not impossible as well.
