Whose would be the highest ?
Phinnaeus Gage seems like a good guess because he has the largest post count (IIRC) , Vod seems to be everywhere , but more than that , what about the Moderators and Global Mods and Admins. It is their job to look at as many posts.
So , come speculate with me. Please refrain from a single username , try to tell me why you think so.
EDIT: If it is not clear , I mean an indicator showing the total percentage of posts read out of the total posts on the forums.

I don't understand why would you want this, post count Is already an indicator of this I think, and you can't really tell If a person read the thread or he just clicked It and backed In 2 seconds. Seems a strange and useless idea for me
