Gambling is legal in my country and the fact that I don't gamble at all tells a lot already. I would rather invest in companies or coins rather than try to get more money based on pure luck.

No,I won't but not for that is illegal in my country.Gambling is not the Halal way of earning money it's prohibited in Islam so I won't gamble in any situation.Gambling can't make me happy and its not good for my future. So I won't do gambling in any condition.I will always boycott gambling everywhere.

I was not aware that this was the case in a particular religion. Is it written especially for gambling or all other forms like sports betting, betting on horse races also included. I am asking because these thing came into existence quite late and were not available when scared texts or rules were written.
If you are talking about gambling and the written rules against them in a culture, yes they come very late. In ancient times, gambling was allowed at most of the places. Those people were used to gamble a lot and in open spaces so no one was interrupting them. But now, definitely they become worst and people start losing their money more than ancient times, this game become prohibited in majority of the areas.
The way people gamble uncontrollably is the same as driving very fast cars. So the user is at fault. The car can not be banned because the car is driven too fast. Everyone should take gambling training, even poker and blackjack clubs should be established in schools Smiley

Well.it doesn't always come hand in hand with religion so for religions that have strict laws, its likely that gaming is prohibited. If it's just your government that outlaws gambling, it's very easy to gamble discreetly and there are a lot of ways. If it's not allowed in your religion, then it depends on how strong your beliefs are
We must be able to distinguish between religion and culture, for those who share their religion and religion forbidding all forms associated with gambling so they will abandon it. To date, I have not found any religion that allows adherents to gamble. And I agree that the ancient culture of gambling is part of their lives, which means that in their life gambling is a daily activity. Gambling is a gamble regardless of its form everyone will know because every development of the times will always be new things to serve as a place of a gamble.

You should not.

It is true that when your country does not support it and has put a ban you should never do such things as their are laws in place and if found guilty you would have to face the punishment set bu the country's law. If you need to gamble then go out to another country and can gamble as much as you like to do it.

Why should i let myself be caught by doing illegal doings in my country? Ofcourse i will not gamble anymore if that is the case. I am not an addicted gambler so it is a lot easier for me not to gamble anymore and besides i am a man who follows all government policies to avoid conflict in my life especially because i value my life aswell as my family. I rather have a clean living than to abide government rules.

There’s no such religion present in this world which allows its followers to play gambling because gambling may result to the loss of the whole family of the gambler and this is not a thing on which compromise can be made upon.

I appreciate that you follow the instructions of your religion unlike majority of people on earth. Gambling will bring you to situations in which you will be unable to know which is right or wrong.

Gambling is also a process in life it could be argued.  I understand if in a religion it is to be avoid, I think this also applies to debt and usury.   It can cause problems if not controlled and there is merit to that way of life so I wouldn't disagree with the sensible use of value/cash by a person for better security mind and body.  That makes sense.

I would say in life there is risks and rewards to every decision and activity and without realising people can end up gambling in a way.  It might be sensible to reduce risks wherever possible but I dont believe it will ever be possible to reduce risk to zero and eliminate this from necessary decision making.   Laws cannot control what is real or not, I think the law banning gambling is usually related to tax revenue if not for religious reasons.
Many governments are in great debt and so are gambling the future of a country, its quite hypocritical then to outlaw gambling even while they take risks in some cases unjustified.
It is just the controlling nature that totally makes everything in life be as it is for everyone. As some would be able to do it without letting it affect their entire life since they are fully in control, some always end up giving up the control until they end up being controlled themselves. One way or the other, the controlling factor is involved.

It all starts from the issue of greed anyway, so I am not always surprised when I see people who are generally greedy in life finding it hard to control their selves since that was what got them into that mindset in the first place.

gambling is already illegal in my country, but I still play until now. I use vpn and start playing online.
Right now people are getting caught by the police in my country for doing online gambling, but I've never been caught. nah, it seems there are still many people who experience the same thing as me who always have to play plot with the authorities so as not to get caught while playing.
I don't think it is actually legal in any country or government allow it. Altough if I really like gambling, I think even though it's illegal I will still play. although there is a concern, but I probably will not play it all the time, because it will also be very dangerous. but my country it is illegal, but there are still many people who play in public, well, I think it is an easy thing to hide.
This isn’t the problem that whether this gambling thing is allowed in your country and will you even play if it is illegal or not. But what actually the matter is, why you gamble even often if you already know that gambling hurts you. If you already experienced person in this field that if you gamble every time you will be losing money so don’t you think if you do it seldom, still you will be losing?

You should not.

Yes, we should not gamble if our country forbids it. But here in my country, rules that prohibit gambling are not strictly enforced. So there are many loopholes that can be used so that we are safe from problems that may arise because of our activities. The point is, as long as the rules are not strictly enforced, I will still try to gamble.

Gambling or the gambler has nothing to do with the legal acts that are allowed by the governmental bodies. This is because despite o the caste creed or religion we all have this clear notion in our minds that it s a morally corrupt act and thus must be avoided in any sense. So it is foolish to think that gambling could attain a legal position in any country.

My answer is obviously no. But I'm certain that some people will still gamble in their secret hiding place where they operate illegally. They might not only betting using money but drugs also.

Gambling is illegal in most countries in world but that is in not opening any casinos or any gambling store there are still many people who gamble among them , over the phone or in group in a society or just random people
Plus there is always online gambling sites which can be easily accessed through vpn, the reason all this is allowed because there aren't strict rules if the government wants they can easily track all these activities they just try to ignore it
Unless the rules are not that strict to put any gambler on the line if caught, then I guess there would always be some people who will be willing to take the risk to gamble anyway even though it has been considered illegal. The only thing is that it is going to be done in hidden places from where anyone can easily just get to or know about. I consider this something very risky though for places with strict laws on gambling, so, personally, I am not always game for things like that.

If gambling is illegal in your country, would you still gamble?
There are gamblings and gambling sites which are permitted by the government. Like lottery is also gambling but it is legal and casinos are also legal. However there are also small gamblings which are not recognized widely in my place which has no permit and this one they consider illegal but still people gamble.

Legal or illegal is nothing more than a rule, and rules are there to be obeyed and violated. So even if it is forbidden, but the gambler must be there. Illegal or legal, people only choose between gambling and gambling. And all the risks must also be known, so all risks must be borne by each.
