If gambling is illegal in their country, it is so obvious that they will be banning gambling sites or casinos in their country right? Even if it is young or people, the government will not allow it to pass as they've committed a crime. Yes, people might find a way to gamble again, maybe under the table gambling meet ups but I think the government will be able to find out this.
