I also don't think that a house can be bought with 10 BTC, they are much less for that, I have saw some regions where you can buy a small piece of land with 10 bitcoin but construction is not easy , for constructing a house at there you will need about 100 bitcoins or more.

A small, simple, livable house in our country would cost nearly 125BTC. Maybe a toy house or a small shelter with stuck-up woods and pieces of metal. That's probably going to cost 10BTC more or less.

With 10 BTC you aren't buying a house... unless the house is absolute trash and in a 3rd world country or something, unfortunately.
Maybe in 10 years, you can buy a good house with 10 BTC, not now.

Also, don't forget that you'll have to pay taxes, it would be 10 BTC minus the tax.

Yes even me too my mate i will keep it my wallet to price increase. Off course with 10 BTC what we can do some trading or gambling anything is risk only if i want to buy same 10 BTC with low price is not possible now because no one is selling Bitcoin for low price. So here it's coming free so why should i waste that right i will keep that and wait for price increase at least then i will make my profit i don't have trust on gambling or trading or any other stuff so i will not take chance.
