I would first say "thank you" for your generosity and may God continue to shower you with more blessings. I do not know why would you give that amount of bitcoin as we know it is like gold. It is so precious that every one who were familiar with bitcoins are doing all it takes, put all there efforts and hard work just to have at least one bitcoin.

I would live happily for a little while, for once. No investment, just pay some bills, relax a bit forget life sucks for a month or two

My experience during trading on ETC coins, can get 1 BTC within 1 day. but is not so bad if you do a long run on the coin ETC, I also see a great potential in coins ETC, has always been a top volume in each exchanger. will likely the price continue to increase as ETH.

before that pump in the future first bitcoin will first , because bitcoin is the father of all altcoins i think if i were you i just hold the other coins because you gonna need it soon for some reason or for future purposes where you can use it to help your self or to help your family , 10 bitcoin is a lot if you exchange it into fiat
