in other words your plan is this:
- create a website
- ask people to pay you money
- pay them back little by little over a long time

ok. now can you explain what is the difference between your idea and a ponzi scheme website except the name?

Faucet or Paid to Click service usually do not pays a user to the time and effort required. Still there are many faucets and PTC sites survive. I believe there many people still clicking/claiming after their main work or just to kill time.

Doubt many would pay. Faucets are there for people that are too lazy to do real work and have no money. It's hard to pay when they have nothing.

Indeed... I was wondering the same thing: what would be your business model?
In order for you to make money, there are only a couple options:
- break your promise, and do put up adds, while lowering the payout
- make it so hard to claim that the majority of your users pay a $5 monthly fee, but only claim $1...
- take as much money as you can and run without paying out your users
