That is why OP use the word "What if", because he just want to have our opinions, but just like what you have said, yeah, it would be impossible for us on not to use bitcoin anymore, unless the Government eliminated it. But we all know that bitcoin do have a future, and it will not happen that easily, bitcoin solidity will not be ruined just like that.
And let's say that the government banned it all over the world, but we are not going to let thing happen, we will find a way for them to take back what they have said, and they will declare back that bitcoin is legal, and everyone could use it.

Law of supply and demand your right the price will stock up and maybe it will dump because based on the supply and demand law when the supply is lessen the demand will increase and price will be pump and if the supply increase the demand will be lessen and the price will be dump. so it will be remain the same. Spending bitcoins is part of the cycle so if it will stop, the whole network will stop also from working and that is the end. We know that it is very impossible to happen because every second there's a lot of transactions worldwide.

Not just bitcoins actually it happens with each and every asset. Suppose people stop using gold and women start wearing only diamonds then eventually the price of gold will fall too and become dirt in no time. Anything get's up in the market because the public demand is more and the downfall happens in the opposite situation.

I think that is impossible to not spend (change) money in time. Every moment everyone have several needs to fulfill (eating, dressing etc). So for sure need to spend money. As for bitcoin, if the holders of it would prefer to not spend it (always if have fulfilled the above needs) it will be one day in which psychologically will think that the price of that day will worth to change some of his bitcoins to fulfill some desires. This day exist for everyone because everyone have dreams which want to become true.

Well some people will always spend money, if a big proportion of people don't use it, its price will increase until it reaches an equilibrium point.

If nobody spends bitcoins,then the price would remain stable and more retail traders will come forward to accept bitcoin as payment.But traders would lose their interest in bitcoins as they gain profits from bitcoins due to its volatile nature.
Two factors are possible to happen and what you mentioned is one of it but I want to add some, the price will be stable or will possibly pump because of the hoarding scenario and the demand will increase the supply is lessen. The next thing will be, people are going to look for another coin that is next to bitcoin which is good because this might kill the economy.
It will kill Bitcoin as well. People will obviously move on to some other alternative coins may be Eth or litecoin which may have some future, but nothing is permanent here in this world. I think traders will be the first people who will leave bitcoin if the price remained stable for a long time because they need pump and dump to make money.
