Because it actually is not that good. So many flaws here and there, the former CEO, one of the founder left ripple. Ripple is pseudo-decentralized, its not even open source. The only good thing is their partnership, it may gives a small impact, but still not that good.

It already mooned, why do you think the marketcap is that big already, you should understand how marketcap works first if you want to understand why this coin price is still low compared to bitcoin and other low supply coins. Ripple already high and it's a centralized coin so i personally don't like it that much, stellar is better than it.
If you're expecting it to "moon" even higher that it is right now, remember that it used to be $3 at some point and it has a circulating supply of about 40 billion coins.
