I would be careful of thinking like that. $300 dates would become normal and then you would want to give her more / she would expect more.

If I had 1,000,000 Bitcoins, I'm pretty sure she'd know I am capable of spending $300 on dates, it would be more difficult to be a cheap bastard.

I would consult a tax adviser first. Then I would turn some large chunk of the coins in fiat money while I'm trying not to hurt the BTC price too much, thus stop selling once it falls below 100 USD.

After everything is done and clarified, I would quit my job and buy a small, modern house near the centre of the city. Then slowly thinking of what I do with the money ...
