I would suggest having a small amount in those "penny coins" with good potential which can explode. The ones you chose r solid choices but don't have short term x10 or x100 potential

I would suggest ETH.. This will be a big hit knowing that Russian Pres has been ok with it..

We see the increase of all 4 coin but I cannot fully trust this stratis and lisk if I will enter in Lisk and stratis I will choose to buy it in the deep and not now and dont have plan to hold it for long term just a short trade. Wvaes and eth will be good investment for me even in short or long trade. Where and when would you distribute your money?

Around 1.7 ETH may be a good fail proof if the smaller altcoins can't meet the speculations and Ethereum keep on rising as estimated till the end of 2018. It might help not losing any money after all, and even be a good win if the altcoins do well in the meantime.
STRAT - %35 - $700
Buying this asap while still below $10 might be a good idea because it has risen totally by itself and has much more potential when there is real progress made. So estimated 70 coins at this price will bring back roughly $7000 if it is a $100 coin as people speculate and expect. And if it would rise to a $100, I would NOT sell at that point and definitely keep calm.

Some as Stratis, this coin is said to be another $100 comer, with its hard working team. It might be a good buy at the long run. Maybe even better than Stratis, but it would be wise to split between the two and keep the fingers crossed for both to be successfull.

Now, although this is a pretty undervalued coin with a platform much more popular as I said (Javascript), it still seems to have a lot of potential and betting this early on it might help you catch the train for a big catch.
