Well as for me I will hold 70% of BTC and the rest is eth. Definitely, through holding this crypto, both could give profit when the price will pump in the market. It really depends on you on what coin you will buy and hold as long you can manage your funds to earn.

I will still hold 1bitcoin, I want to say that if someday bitcoin dies I'm sure all altcoin will also experience the same thing. so why bother with altcoin if bitcoin is the parent of crypto curency. hold bitcoin we can continue to be rich in the next few years.

Almost all the answers are ethereum, Well its potential is huge especially next year. It is because of their development that they can bring their investors back.And if I were to choose I would also choose ethereum because it is sure to increase its price next year as it did in 2017 with the rise of bitcoin prices.

I will definitely invest a lot in ETH. You also know that it is the top 2 coin in CMC and has a lot of prospects for the best and most influential platform. Besides, Ethereum 2.0 is also in the process of finishing. There are so many reasons to buy Ethereum. by 2020 it will certainly not disappoint us as more investors will buy ETH to implement PoS.

If ever I have 1 bitcoin I guess I will definitely hold it than using it to buy some altcoins and this is my main plan. But, I have the second plan and it's I'm gonna sell the half of bitcoin then the money I got will use to buy strong altcoins just like BnB, eth, and ripple. No need to explain because if you look in the top rank altcoins you can see those coins. But, for me, ethereum will be the second strongest coins among all cryptocurrencies.

all of staking coins is profitable for now , such as Tezos and, also eth on eth v2 in the january , the last is QTUM.
for me just try to put that bitcoin into the real platform with a good product. The blockchain platform like binance, chainlink, credits should be the best choice consider from their usefulness for the community.

I don't think what is the reason why we look for another coin/s besides, we have already bitcoin in our hand that is reliable. If we keep holding this coin for many years, we could expect more profit than investing altcoins. I know we have an option to take altcoins as an alternative but am I thinking also that Bitcoin made it well, may investing other coin is an option also to lose.

I will keep most part of bitcoin like 80% and with 20% I will buy coins like ethereum, litecoin,TRON, NEO.
That’s why its good to built a portfolio that has many coins and is not been filled with one coin only. Crypto is a huge market and there is huge potential in some gems. All you need is to find those gems.

If you have 1 full btc , just keep it in Bitcoin as there is no point for you to start loosing satoshi because most of the altcoins you will invest will take satotshis from you and they will return $. Have faith in Bitcoin and if you want to make further investments just buy altcoins with fiat or make a new investment that will grant you the possibility.
Off-topic advice : keep your Bitcoin safe into a hardware wallet and don't leave it into exchanges.

See the current bearish market and analyze yourself. Altcoins are good if you have some extra cash or you are very confident about an altcoin that it will surely go up. Rest make sure bitcoin is your primary cryptocurrency.

50% for bitcoin and i will hold it for long term purpose and used 30% to buy Eth because in my view besides bitcoin then Ethereum also good for my investment portfolio and used 20% for my trading purpose and to starting it i think 0.2 btc is enough for me to trade

In the case of having an opportunity to invest with single Bitcoin, I may invest in the BTC without a doubt. There are a lot of altcoins on my portfolio and I don't want to buy more useless altcoins in the bear market. Instead of adding more altcoins, choosing to invest in the BTC will be more suitable in my case. Litecoin will go over the $200 in the next bull market(IMO), maybe investing in the LTC will be my personal prefere4en.
good with such a choice, we don't have to be crazy to have lots of altcoins because just investing in bitcoin for the long term is enough for us, because having lots of altcoins will only be useless if we just buy them carelessly without analysis. so with 1 btc i will only choose big coins for alternatives like eth, ltc and some coins that are still in high popularity in this market
Yeah that's a great option though but you can do leveraging if you have confidence for your tradings skills but if not maybe holding is the only option for people and it's really better ti have some alternative since it can maximize the possible profit we can get when the market suddenly goes crazy when pump up, remember there's always a saying that don't put on single basket only and provably we can get low if we choose to and for sure we will regret if the chances cames.

I would suggest you hold half of the BTC and then invest half to altcoins. I can give you tips on the coins that you should invest but I don't want to be bias recommending coins on my personal holding.
The tip is very simple, invest on coins with active developers and should be listed in decent exchanges with decent volume.

they provide useful information which you can use studying this big market.
Very good tip on volume and development. Just having people with a real name behind the project makes it top 10% choice over other scamcoins.

It's plain simple we wan't to gain more that's why we look for another altcoin option but if you cannot risk then much better if you stick on bitcoins since if you don't know how to trade and what you are doing on it provably you will lose that 1 btc instantly but if you have guts and knowledgeable in trading then best to make that 1btc to grow more since It's really good to accumulate more and to earn more when price pump came.

Btc is one of my choices in holding coins because btc surah has strong popularity starting from the market to real industrial products, why do we have to choose bitcoin to hold because prices are significant from time to time so we are not at risk, whereas if we hold coins new or coins that have the potential they may not be able to survive onwards, for other altcoins I still believe in ETH alone is one altcoin that many investors choose and is also widely used in the best platforms

for now, I don't think that there are better coins than bitcoin. so, when I have 1 bitcoin, I will still hold it and will not exchange it for other coins. Well, I might have another coin in my own way. but, having 1 bitcoin at the moment is my goal. I'm pretty sure if the price of bitcoin will be very high.however, if you want to exchange it, maybe ethereum, TRX, LTC, BNB, EOS, BCH, XLM are coins worth considering.
