If you sell at the current exchange rates, then you will be left with $28,000. After the taxes, you may get around $22,000. It is not a bad amount of money, but I won't be that happy. Nowadays a decent apartment costs a minimum of $250,000. For $22,000, you won't be even able to pay the initial deposit for your apartment.
Call me greedy or whatever you want, but I am not selling at the current prices.
