That's a good question, I think it's just 4 cents flat rate globally from anywhere in the world.

Well I made a 1 call so far and it cost 0.377 VIOR for 1 minute. Which is like 0.006786 USD, but I didn't complete the first minute, so maybe it's billing by the second. The gateway just came out, but I'm sure the actual cost for calls will be adjusted as more adoption happens to be more competitive. 4 cents a minute still beats the 10-30 cents a minute I used to pay for overseas calls.
