There is no hope that money will come to you back, forget it!

So you exactly know what happened?
I'm pretty sure about official version.

What is the official version?

850k coins stolen with TM? This month? Over the last two years? Blockchain evidence? No cold wallets or never refilling them? 28 million dollar cash missing? Mysterious answers by Mark Karpeles when being asked what happened?

Like here said too.
I belive yes bitcoins was lost, I believe yes they made many mistakes, jet they self not sure what happend. I dont believe that bitcoins was stolen inside the company or another things like that.

Official version is they don't know wtf happened. The hackers obliterated their accounting system.

Until there is blockchain evidence that the coins were stolen the chance is pretty high that the US government seized the cold wallets. Not even Mr. PHP Autist Karpeles is that retarded to have "leaking" cold wallets.

It's stupid to forget about this (or anything) even if you had a little at Mt.Gox because people that forget could do the same mistake again and next time lose more. Mark Karpeles = bitch (won't be surprised if he'll be shot someday).

Drink a bit vodka, jerk a bit, forget this shit, and live new day. - that's what i sain.

This is too lively to be true. Who wrote this? A movie script writer? A Polandball comic author?

Actually, we should be forgiving towards anyone apparently speaking English as a second language. He perhaps is acting perfectly OK in his own country. The aversion to poor native English speakers are often mistargeted towards EFL speakers.

Is that you, Mark?

BTW, it's spelled "slaughtered".

If I were you, I wouldn't be using pig slaughtering analogies. Not the imagery you want to be putting in other people's heads right now.

Having funds on gox was a stupid idea?
Tell me about having them on BTC-e and bitstamp.

No one even knows who are the guys behind BTC-e and bitstamp is as shady as BTC-e, ever heard of bitstamp assets seizure by the DHS?
Ever heard about those transactions cancelled because they were deemed "high risk", no way I'm trading on such an exchange.
Ever heard of BTC-e selective scamming?
Chinese exchanges? When we see okcoin faking their trading volumes, we've got to worry.
Besides to trade on these exchanges you need a chinese ID card or passport...
Kraken looks relatively good though it had minor problems, plus it is a relatively new exchange.
The only one that seems honest is CAvirtex but that's for canadians.

Exactly. Therfore to invest more than you will complain about if money is gone is bad idea, if you invest 1/100 of your savings you will no complain even no think about gox anymore.
Info about MTGox never was hidden, anyone could just find  it read it and analyze.

Why you think bitstamp is shady? Owners are known. Its exchange from eu so usa does not have authority to seize the funds, for whatever reason.
We can relie only on what exchange claims eg cold storage and how is their security. And i am sure we can not relie only on their word.
We need more smaller exchanges, each registered in area where they mean to focus their business. And think that they need to be an public company where any shareholder can request audit of the balance sheet and books.

Further, i think it might be a good idea for some brand software company start to make a trading and exchange software. Then every operater can buy a licence and start exchange.

People who put money on gox certainly aren't idiots, gox seemed far more reliable and professional than btc-e or some other weird exchange.
Personally I never had before a problem with them, deposits were sucessful, so were withdrawals and customer support was reactive and fast.

The only people who might learn a lesson from that are holders who should have put their stash of bitcoins on paper wallets instead of letting it rest on a exchange.

People will certainly recover most of their cash, there's no reason for that not to happen overall when the guys at gox plan to keep the business running.
These are hard times for the bitcoin community and even bitcoin if the theory that the USG froze the cold storage (no pun intended  Cheesy) is true.
Eventually, we will recover from that harsh situation.
