Everything could happen in cryptocurrency especially Bitcoin, i believe BTC will reach $50,000 but always carefully with my investment. Bitcoin has been at USD 9689 today on Bitfinex, but the chart has no correction (in 4h frame), so I think Bitcoin price will be down for a while. I could be wrong but who knows? Just carefully.

If we see the progress of bitcoin price, yes. I think its possible but not for soon. There are many big investors whos attacted toward bitcoin. So there is probablity that bitcoin will be only used by rich people. I just afraid about the transactions fee, is it will be increase too 
Personally i think BTC will reach $50k .its rapidly increasing day by day,Public support and its creativity all these are proved more to reach $50k.

So 12 months ago it was at $733. Today it is at $9,685. So a 13x increase. Suppose that rate of increase will be sustained:
11/26/2018 = 13 x $9,685 = $125,905
11/26/2019 = 13 x $125,905 = $1,636,765
11/26/2020 = 13 x $1,636,765 = $21,277,945
What are the indications that bitcoin will NOT continue to grow in 2018 and beyond at the same rate it has been doing in 2017?

Personally I don't think it is impossible for bitcoin to reach such price but the only question is when. We know that bitcoin has a big potential in the future and it is now being accepted by some government and are trying to have some regulations for it. Since the coins price is depending on demand then we just need to hope that more and more people will embrace bitcoin for the price to reach $50,000 easily.

Bitcoin can reach the value of $50000 maybe $100000 because this bitcoin is totally amazing it can rapidly increased no doubt that this bitcoon if reach $20000 it bwcome more more popular and it can replace all banks. All this speculation is fun, but basically you are all just pulling timeframes out of your butts. So I will too. It went up over 800% this year, if it did it again in 2018, it will be $72000+. But awareness by the general public has and will continue to increase exponentially, so maybe 1600%, which would be $144,000 Or it will be $5000. Or $125,000. Or $10. OK, probably not $10 LOL

Vouch for this! BTC will reach 50k thats as certain as christmas is around the corner. Only thing that admittedly scares me a bit is this continuous forking. This definitely doesnt shed a good light on crypto. Not to speak from the ICO craze and the newly airdrop mania.

Can never say if it will, but definitely if these path continues, it is not impossible to reach such value plus those past incident on Bcash should be avoided.

I believe it. I think it will more than reach $50,000. Because by this time it gets going to happen so much increase.
$50,000 or $500,000 I'm into any of them the price is getting higher day by day and today we had seen a new ATH. Can't wait to see bitcoin hitting first $50,000 then $100,000 and so on. Even with these hard forks that everyone is mostly annoyed bitcoin is showing it's strength and still remaining. With those ambitious hard forks thinking they will taking over bitcoin, well living in their dreams but they are helping bitcoin to pump.

I'm considering it all of my life. The price went to $9k now and before I'm very optimistic with higher prices. I don't care if that will be higher than $50,000 as long as I have some bitcoins on held by that time then that will be a good thing for me.
Only waiting for the time bitcoin will be $50,000.

Bitcoin will grow to $50,000 but it could be a few years before it reaches that level. The only way bitcoin could get that high this year is if there is more adoption by the general public. There still seems to be a large number of people that are unfamiliar with bitcoin and the benefits that it offers.
I support bitcoin and ecurrency and the great tech behind it.
BUT I don’t emotionally invest. A correction/crash will happen. Look at the charts and it’s past movement. Institutional (Wall Street) money will only enter on a large dip, and bitcoin needs that to mature into the next phase. As more institutional money comes in, TA analysis will start playing a greater role, because those guys trade on chart movements in herds. Which creates more predictable price movement patterns.
Obviously no one can say for sure, but imo there is a high probability that it’ll have a steep correction soon.
I’d buy then. Then have patience to climb to $10k, $15k+ IF some scalability issues are fixed in the meantime.

I always have to laugh when someone says we are not in a bubble. That is hilarious to me because if you look at the chart (as you say) it is quite clear we are not only in a bubble, but it is a MASSIVE bubble. The price rose from $1,000 to $9,000 this year for crying out loud!
For me I think bitcoin can really go this high because of many positive things that happen in bitcoin as the days passes by bitcoin appreciated so much and it will continue to grow because of the increasing demand and population of bitcoin users. I think in the future tha value will be even more than we could ever speculate
Well I think it will not only reach $50,000, but a lot, lot higher than that. IT is going to happen very fast, although I think there will be a crash soon because most people are ignorant about BTC and this is when crashes happen.
