More importantly is being +ev and then your bankroll management just means you are like 99.99% chance of not going broke. It doesn't mean you will make money quick though, that depends on lady luck still.

Yes, there are two things while betting. The odds and the amount, I mean these two will decide if you will win big or win small or loss big or loss small. Placing a 1 btc bet at 2.00 odds means you have 50% ( usually 49 % hehe ) of winning and when you bet 0.01 on 200 odds then you have horrendous risk but also enormous payout if won. I would like to place small bets on high odds always, more in sports.

That's putting yourself in safe haven for betting small bets with high odds and that's going to like your are betting into a lottery. But you will never get rich this way. Try to think of the scenario:
You are betting in bitcoin at 0.001 BTC per round. How many round does it need to get to 1 BTC? 1000 rounds right? Assuming all is win, but we all know that losing is more frequent to occur than winning. Even if we say you are good with Sports betting, and you bet 0.005 per game, of course you need 200 games to win, and that will take sometime. After reaching those, you will only get 1 BTC, is this enough to make you rich today?
If you want to get rich in gambling you need to stake higher amount, else you are playing the government lottery.

I don't think that this user's are fake i saw them not once to play or more of them are betting big amounts per round we do not know what is the reason behind this but im really sure that they are really rich to do this kind of big amounts to bet. i think we should not increase the investment from the amount that we cannot bare to lose and specially in gambling as there are very little chance of recovery therefore we should always try to invest such amount that we can bare to lost, i think we should fix our limit in gambling so as to avoid a big lost.

Talking about investment in gambling, I can say you have a greater chance to be profitable as the house always win. You do not need to do further research for investing in gambling house as long as you will be able to invest in a reputable gambling site you are good to go.

Even though the house edge is always in the favor but there are some scenarios that the gamblers are becoming lucky enough and wins big amount of bitcoin as they win. And I don't think you need to bet higher amount just for you to become rich, if you want to become rich you need to do it the usual way and work harder, not with gambling.
