What is the most interesting thing about this thread is that no one said - that he is already rich. No one. Is everyone here really so poor?
We don't have rich gamblers reading this thread? It is something I thought about and it is really depressing...

Actually there is one that I read before admitting that he is rich and will still gamble. I just can't find it because there is so many pages already. But that the only one I read, I do not know if there are others that I missed. If most of gamblers posting here are poor, maybe it is the result of gambling too much.

While my guitar gently weeps!!!
Nope. If you're sitting on a pile that needs to be nurtured. I'd spend my cash on intensive psychotherapy so I'd never be tempted to gamble.

Actually that's what I see on those older rich people I know, they are not into gambling, too much alcohol...They rather work on something that has use to them and earn than sit or spend their money with no sure profit in the end...

I guess all rich people keep gambling for some personal purposes, I guess its their past time or a hobby also. They always play in casino but not always I guess

Those rich person can really afford to make gambling as a hobby because of they wealth they have and dont think about money and just gamble for fun.

I'd gamble some funds for fun.

First for fun but on the later part it will become addiction. To be in gambling you must a clear view of mindset to be successful. Maybe we just have to set a limit to lost and to win on a given day then that would be good.

Most of them they are stil gamble even they are rich because they are addicted and i think they will never stop unless if we bring them to the doctor or psychiatrist so that he can prevent gamble again..

You are right, addiction is the main reason why people on to gambling repetitively doing it even when they lost most of the time than winning. If you are rich why not just donate it to the poor, in that sense you can help  them, but don't donate to corrupt countries because you might gamble your money for a possibility of not reaching it to the poor.

Gambling should always be for fun then only you will enjoy it and even if you loose it won't affect your financial status
Most gamblers lose. Where is the fun? It is an addiction for some gamblers.

Gambling is like sport to me, so it doesn't matter if I am rich or not. I like to sport so when i have time  & energy i would sport.
Having money makes difference.
That's true , it's all depends on how people reckon gambling .
If someone reckon gambling are a way to get rich then once you already rich you don't have to gamble anymore.
Because I reckon gambling as a have fun activity , I will keep gambling even I rich already.

Gambling should always be for fun then only you will enjoy it and even if you loose it won't affect your financial status, and gambling is no concern with rich or poor, a person who loves gambling will gamble for sure.

This is only about the opinion, whether most people if they are already rich will continue to play gambling or go away.
did not have to wait for comments from people who've really rich. maybe they do not play here.
In the past I have saw some comments from some people in this thread, saying; that they are rich and they have said that they are playing for entertainment at gambling and not for getting more money.

Gambling is mostly for the enjoying part when I play it, so to be honest I would still gamble if I was rich or poor in my opinion, it does not matter because I really enjoy gambling.
Its also even that I only do low bets and never bet high because its about the enjoying part and not about how much profit you can make.

Yup! that too is what I am doing in gambling just a small bets and I just take little amount of bitcoins with me sometimes the gambling bet has a faucet for free instant BTC that I get from it,
Well, if we become rich, I guess small bet it will not affect the finances that we have, and it can also make us revel in gambling. but maybe I will limit myself to gamble, because maybe I will be busy with other things

Yup! I know small bet can never profit faster but in doing this you can certainly got something from it, I am just playing safe in betting small amount but I am not saying that this is safe betting because you can still always lose with this kind of technique because there isn't really something called safe when it comes to gambling.

But it is always good if you have something to keep you busy instead of always playing gambling.

Even though Im rich, I will not gamble anymore. Just make a business or invest to big companies, it is like your earning hourly when you have a business and investments.

Better not gamble if you want to run your own business or invest in companies, gambling would ruin your reputation in real life, it's hard to find business partners and no one will trust you for sure if you are a gambler..

I would most likely still gamble without any doubts,  because gambling is very easy and also pretty nice to do.
I really enjoy the time if I gamble because its fun and its also just a game you can play because money is no problem.
Then surely you are not addicted tom gambling. The question asked actually determines whether you are addicted to gambling or not, because if you were rich and you do not gamble, it simply means that you are rushing for money and that makes you addicted.
If you are rich than you have the perfect possibility that you can gamble and we all know of course that gambling is bad to do but we do it all for fun so that is nice.
You must only dont make yourself poor because that is indeed really bad if that happens to you.
