Topic: If you would win a Jackpot what would you do with the money? (Read 4284 times)
I just want to keep it at my bank account. And some of the money I want to give from the church. To help other people is a voluntarily and not a necessary.
If I will a jackpot price. I will invest it in order to earn profit. Of course I will also spend it for my family. Treat them to place they are dreaming of to visit, Paris for example. Donate also to charity because if you are given so much or more than your needs you have to share it. Spend it wisely because it was just once in a lifetime opportunity.

200 BTC would be enough for my wife and I to retire without thinking about how would we survive. I would literally start a business or franchise some food chain which I wanted to do ever since. Build our dream house and bought few cars for leisure. 200 BTC is really a lot of money, I just wanted to live a simple life with my family. I would share some of it to my relatives who are not that fortunate in life and donate at some charities which I prefer. It's better to give and share some of my blessings.
Haha i think 200 is really big amount for my wife also. In fact it is difficult for me for me to hide my money from my wife. She is investigating everything. You are right that your friends and family member shouldn’t know about your earnings, winnings or savings because they will need the money every time. I think that you have a better experience of all these things. I have invested in bitcoin for my future needs and I will sell them at the right time.

To me I will enjoy and will quit gambling if I win a jackpot. This money will be enough for my dreams and everything I need. If I win I bitcoin I will buy a small house for my family because it is possible to buy your own house in one bitcoin in my country. There is no need to gamble anymore because the gambling time will come to an end and the enjoyment times will start. Winning a jackpot is the aim of gambling.

Yeah, we understand it that you are not criticizing him, you are just giving some advice, because we are not win jackpot everyday and only luckiest people win the jackpot, and a huge gamblers are here who are still not win a single jackpot in their whole life. So we should conscious about our wining jackpot and invest it where we get earning everyday.

Probably i would use all that money to buy a flat, and then try to live from all those earnings, and of course, buy a fly ticket and meet the whole world in less than a year.
I dont know, maybe they are some random dreams that sometimes i have, but i know that winning a jackpot is something very hard to do, only a few people are able to do it so.
So i never considerated that before, it is something new for me.

I never plan to win the jackpot. It is one of the worst mistakes one can do when gambling. The last thing you want to do is play and play until you win the jackpot because chances are you will lose more by the time you actually win.
The better thing is to watch which machines haven't paid out a jackpot in a long time. This means it is ready to payout a jackpot at any time, and that is when you want to start playing to guarantee that you will win.

I would stop gambling forever and make a new business that can multiply my jackpot winning by endless income. Also, I'm gonna spend it with my family, donating to a charity. The 20% remaining will be used for investment to Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Litecoin.
I'm not sure you can just stop gambling again after winning the jackpot, which you're even hooked to try and will definitely try to win the jackpot again. I think i will spend 20% of the jackpot to buy stuffs that i like and the rest i will buy BTC or ETH and holding them for a long time.

Seeing bitcoin since 2013 and I concluded every single time that there's nothing better than bitcoin itself whether it's seen as money or investment. So I would go with the 6th option and hold Bitcoins for years and would only sell a maximum of 1 bitcoin a year, that too if I feel that the expenses have gone up. Remember one thing, if you ever win a lottery and are interested in holding your coins, better hide everything from your family and friends, especially your wife.
To hide the happiness from my family will be so hard for me but I am sure I will hide the origin of such money. I will share a part of the money with my family if I ever win a jackpot and start to think about the new better stuff to do with my winning money.

But people are playing lotteries to win money so they don't have to work ever again in their life and to enjoy money, you are saying that if you ever win jackpot you won't enjoy money? You will keep it all in bitcoins? I can hardly believe that, but I guess everyone has different opinion. especially your wife.

I'll share my the blessings even if it comes from gambling and invest it in a worthwhile projects that benefits masses. I will also invest in a business where the workers will come from unemployed sectors. Another one is to set up a scholarship foundation for the needy students who can't afford to pay their tuitions. That is when I hit a jackpot...
