I only accept ETH as I need it to publish the smart contract into the Ethereum blockchain.

I'll create the ERC20 tokens first using my own ETH but only to Full Members to avoid scams. I don't like the idea, but I think that's the only way I can show you that I'm trying to provide a trustful service Wink

Anyways the option for OP is to find a Escrow first and Yes, Paypal is a safe option.

Well, If Joaco (The Thread Starter) make the ERC20 first and disburse the 15 USD for ETH network fee there's no problem unless you're so stupid, fool or idiot to send the payment 1st a newbie account.

This is a basic service for those who want to create their own tokens for whatever they want.

Something important: The first user didn't want to send the 15 USD in ETH so I couldn't start working. I need ETH for network fees, it's impossible to create the tokens without ETH. I'd never scam someone for 15 USD, but I know some of you may doubt.
