Same problem, tried sending a PM and saw this:
User 'goustmk' has not chosen to allow messages from newbies. You should post in their relevant thread to remind them to enable this setting.
Please PM me your email address or enable PMs from newbies in your settings. It's disabled by default, all you have to do to enable it is to go to Profile, then click on Personal Message Options on the left menu and tick the box that says Allow newbies to send you PMs.

I have 14 people in different areas of USA who will place an order as soon as I ask them to.
SaarMast contacted me and I now have his info, waiting for a PM from Lorilikes or for her to allow PMs by newbies (this is disabled by default it seems) so I can contact her.
