you should leave the altcoin that you are currently trading if it does not produce anything for you, you just waste your valuable time.
or learn first about the types of altcoins that have good price characteristics in the market.

Then i guess you're rather "missjobbed" because your job as a full-time trader should bring you income ore earnings. Have you studied the market really well, and do you actually know what you're doing? Understand your job well, and earn else you'll always lose buddy. Good job.

how can you be a full time trader but you cannot make money, maybe this is someone who has never and has no desire to correct every mistake he has made. if you can learn every mistake and want to be better, then of course with you trading full time it will be able to make good money on trades that you do full time and make it into something good don't just waste your time

And I am not making the money.
Lol, you're a full time trader and you don't make any money then how do you survive ? You better go find another job to do and then have trading as a part time job. There are lots of things you've got to learn, I don't know why you chose to be a full time trader when you know nothing about it. Maybe you should go for hodl instead and also have another job doing till you get to learn how trading works. It doesn't work for everyone, if you can't get to understand how it works then leave it and focus on other things instead of losing your money every time you trade.
- He should really look for another job to do instead of just focusing on becoming a full-time trader because as you say, he doesn't know too much about trading, the result he receives is the clearest evidence of his knowledge, he can't blame luck or market conditions, agree that these two factors are related to the successful process of trading but after all, full-time traders always need skills and knowledge to make money, not just relying on random factors, the road to becoming a full-time trader and success will not be as easy as rumors, he should learn to give up
His own understanding and definition might just be a shallow one; he really need to first understand the meaning of full time trader. I don’t think it is job he needs, I believe he still has passion for trading, and that is why he didn’t keep silent on his problem and came out openly to confess it.

What I just feel he needs is a proper mentor that will sit him down and fully download the in and out of trading into his brain, once he can get a proper knowledge of it, then overtime, he will be able to develop his own personal strategy that will help him succeed in trading.

If you're not earning enough, you're doing it wrong. Don't loose time!

I will be honest with you, it takes time and patience. Its hard to predict the market, but you can always stick with pure technical analysis. Long term goals, are accomplished by small little gains. Be consistent is the key. Study the charts, see the patterns, pay attention to the metrics and please don't FOMO.

Very often, quantity turns into quality. If you take your mistakes as the best lessons that can teach you, finally you will become a very good trader. Many of them earn pretty much.

You have a good advantage of full-time, you must take advantage of this feature to get good profits, If you want to make a quick profit from short term trade, this will expose you to risk and you will not making any money, You should never rush to make decisions, You have to divide your full time between gaining experience and monitors the market and sees daily news, the trade needs great experience and the trader has to win and lose until he learns the lesson well, There are strategies and analysis you should use, You should follow the movements of professional traders and listen to their advice.
I think they know the risk, indeed it should be a full time trader to allocate almost all of his time in the market, of course it is done to
get a real picture of the market situation and that will make you even know what you have to do in trading and what coin you have to buy, when to buy and sell

You should have told us whats ths problem behind your failure?because we're blind of ths reason

I am not a full time trader ,i only buy coins or tokens that i think will be profitable for the said being and if it fails then i have no choice but to let it sit on my wallet no matter what happen until i make money from those

But if you are continuously failing then i guess its time for you to stop and go for long term holding

How is that possible? I have so many questions in mind
1. How long have you been trading
2. What method do you use
3. How much is your capital
4. Why do you quit your job if there really is
5. Why do you still trade
6. What kind of coins do you trade.

If you know you cant trade and not earning from it then switch into different areas on how to profit. Not all of us can handle trading and its okay if you quit instead of insisting and become bankrupt.

If you are not making the money, despite of being a full time trader, it is obviously that you are not doing the right things methods
every time you are in the actual trade market. Why try to change it instead of doing it repeatedly..

Most of the traders are quite busy with their work. Because when you want to make money from altcoins, you need to spend a lot of time with it.Traders are not allowed to panic and lack confidence in transactions even though the market is low.

You are a full time trader but you dont earn anything? There must be something wrong with your trading strategies. I'm not even an active trader but I can make some money from trading (maybe can be called as short term holder). I wonder how did you trade so far that makes you earn nothing?
I believe there must be a time when you earn some profit, or do you mean to say about your overall result?
First big mistake which he is doing - He is a full-time trader and he can't even start thinking about change into part-time and spend other day hours to working on his decision making process on the market.

When someone already being a full time trader they don't need any suggestions if they are successful,if they are not successful then they may not be suitable for trading so he should ave to concentrate on holding rather than trading and making losses for his capital.

Therefore trading is not really for everyone here. You may be knowledgeable but your strategies and skills are not enough for you to survive in trading. Even if you are a full time trader, you don't hold the assurance that you will instantly make profits. Maybe you still have to gain more knowledge in trading and even develop your own strategies so that you can still make profits even if the market is in bearish.
Not everyone has the necessary skills to become a trader, I have seen people that had a sound trading strategy lose all their money and this was because they simply were unable to cope with their losses, even a winning system will lose money from time to time and they were incapable to accept this and as soon as their losses were significant they abandoned their system trying to recover the money they lost from the markets only to lose even more money and as they lost control over their emotions they lost much of their capital as well.

Trading is really not as simple as many people think. Because I see very high pressure because when you make a mistake you can lose everything. Therefore it is indispensable for us to spend a lot of time with it.
I also trade but it doesn't work out for me at all times, there are times I don't really achieve anything. That's why I stopped trading everytime, it's just a part time thing, I only do it when I have chance and I feel like the market is in a good condition for me to trade and earn some profit.

There are lots of other things one can dedicate their time to daily in the crypto community and earn some decent money before month ends. And crypto is not the only way to make money there are still other ways to make money too. So why wouldn't I try them out instead of waste money and time in what doesn't work out for me?
