It's because he didn't want to pay for anything at the first place
I offered him 3 games in a bundle (CSGO, CSCZ, CSS) for only $10
If he kept his promise, the trade should finish sooner and cheaper than you buying anything on 3rd party platform.

So I locked the steam account and asked for support's help to retrieve the account back
And he showed up immediately after I locked the account

Still, though I made very clear that I will unlock the account as soon as received his payment
He refuse to pay and threat to leave me a negative feedback if I don't unlock for him first
Of course I refused, I have nothing to hide and I'm not the one who broke the agreement
I'm posting here to warn other members to deal with this guy with cautious

This man was clearly promised payment, I had a short time to finish trading with him and he locked me up my account, so he gave me the information that he can always manage with the account, I was not angry, I only gave him the knowledge to convince me that this will be my accout and that he will not be able to do anything with him, he refused and that's why the trade was over. Conclusion: He wanted to give me a account where he had the full right of management, that every moment could break me into a steam account

Anyone who is not blind can tell who is having problem here, I delivered the account and the buyer did not pay, no respond, and blocked me on Steam
He asked me to "Convince" him, and though I did the best I could, but it seems all he want is I give him the account for free
Conclusion: The buyer never wanted to pay me at the very beginning, I tried to retake the account only because he refused to response, it's a sample after all. You don't pay you don't have the account, it's simple as it is.
The only reason he is still here is because the account is blocked, and he want me to unlock for him for free, which is his plan at the first place.

First rule of trade:
Do not trust any stranger, especially newbie.
Do not send the account first, especially to a stranger.

Warning other members won't help, he might just created a new account and start a new thread somewhere in bitcointalk.
