Well its going up up up. How far this time? Is anyone else getting those butterflies in your stomach and pressing Buy Buy Buy Smiley

Emotional trading so I'm doing the oppossite, selling bits of BTC and buying bits of altcoins. "Sell when everyone are buying and buy when everyone are selling" is a proven winning strategy.  Wink

This price doesn't get me excited to be honest. I will start to get excited once we touch the $600 price level and maintain to stay there. That's what I am aiming for right now. Everything under $500 is just normal stuff.

Not sarcastic, but we should not be too much speculative regarding the price, as it is just recovering what it was once...
Nothing new in this, but let's hope we see a new ATH soon as for that thing, I am 100% getting a butterfly feeling in my stomach... Wink

My sentiment: not sure if it will go a lot higher but...

I feel pretty sure that it will not go down to 400$, save some catasthrophe (or news clearly affecting Bitcoin) happen.

I feel moderately sure that it will not go to 500$ in some few days, and if it does, it would not go much higher.

I feel quite sure too that it will go down to perhaps 420-410 and it will be time to buy again.

There's a chance it may drop around or below $400 in the next upcoming months, but if that happens be sure it will reach $500 and possibly $600 right after that. 2016 will close again with rising values just as every year with Bitcoin but it's not all constant.

I don't see bitcoin dropping below $400 any time soon though, it's been around that for most of December last year.
If it does drop it won't go lower than $400.

I find it a little too expensive for me to buy right now. Even though any amount beneath $100 would be a good time to buy. But sometimes you just can't afford it and have to set certain priorities. I'm hoping for bitcoin to go up to $1000 some time soon. I will be taking out some profits out of that.

For sure it's going up. If bitcoin keeps going up the way that it's going we will probably be able to see bitcoin at $500 by early next week.

But who knows right, anything can happen. I also think that if certain economic markets continue to fall down deeper, bitcoin will go up higher.

I've been making buys regularly regardless of price.   Volatility is quite high in BTC.  I've had "the feeling" for 6-8 months, but respect the limits of my own knowledge enough to simply DCA into this asset.

My timeframe is 5-7 years for this investment, but IMO we could see more near-term upside if this bear move in equities and commodities continues.

I believe we are moving towards the next stage of halving preparation. In recent months bitcoin prices increasing around $100 every month. So for this January it must stay around $500 level.
Buying must be a good action right now. Otherwise you will never ever miss the buying opportunity of $450 levels.

Whilst it is impossible to say, my guess would be that Bitcoin is rising because the Chinese stock market has shut early twice dues to it being 7% down on the day. That does not instill confidence in the worlds second largest economy. Lots of other stock markets have lost 1%. If 10% of everyone selling stock had invested in Bitcoin we would be way past the moon and out of the solar system by now, easily having a 7 figure valuation.

it will go up for sure, it is almost guaranteed, the sentiment for the halving is already started, who still think that the halving will not bring any price increase, is being dense on purpose basically

i can easily something that will touch the last ath

Most likely people that post negatively atm are trolls or butthurt traders/bears who sold too early or just can't afford to buy in now & wanted cheaper prices to make an entry point.

This is as cheap as it gets (give or take 50 dollars).

Buy now or cry later.
