I believed you won't find any crypto-gambling sites with a similar VIP Program on Stake. They are so far with the best VIP program aside from other benefits such as boost regardless if you are winning or losing in that particular session on a weekly basis.

Whatever the intention is, maybe OP just wants to explore things outside Stake if such a VIP program also exists on other sites.

I don't believe OP intends to do it as a passive income providing the level of gambler he is.

Casinos nowadays always reward their Vip players based on their wagered amount. They will not reward you not just because you have purchased a VIP account because if so, gamblers will do it as a way of earning even without wagering or playing on the site which can make them have business losses so it is impossible. You can get rewarded in the beginning but the site will not provide bonuses continuously if you are not betting on them. It can't be a passive way of earning.

Being mindful that casinos have different opinions and rules that guide them, you may not get the ones that has the exact rate with stake but there are opportunities to see some closer to, i also sense you're the type of this gambler that would always considers what's in for you first before choosing a casino, but apparently almost every casinos had a plan on how they give their bonuses but the system or pattern is what makes the difference.

it is my understanding no casino wants to go bankrupt.
I mean, if a gambler had a certain VIP rating and didn't place any bets but still earned a weekly or monthly bonus of around $20-$40, that would bankrupt the casino. because a huge number of gamblers in the casino have VIP rating accounts and if that happens continuously, the casino will likely suffer a drop in revenue and go bankrupt.
and in my experience, monthly or weekly bonuses will decrease when you don't make any bets.

Stake provide the best bonuses for users who have a VIP rating, and maybe you just need to bet as much as you can to get an even bigger bonus. it would be better than you have to find a casino that gives bonuses without betting on VIP rating.

If he wants a passive income from casinos then why not try Betfury and Owldao staking platforms, so even if you're not playing on their platform you can still enjoy bonus, on Betfury you can withdraw your staking rewards daily as long as you have your token locked in their platform, the rewards and bonuses you posted coming from Stake are good but you cannot receive that kind of rewards if you're not playing, being a VIP does not entitle you to receive passive income without wagering for a long period of time, they will still ask you to wager.

They will surely minimize the rewards once a VIP player is inactive. No casino will allow a passive income to those who are taking advantage of their rank perks because if they will allow it, it will become an investment to those who are searching for passive income. I agree that it will be a big loss to the casino so it's either they decrease the amount of the reward for inactive VIPs or remove the reward system for them.

I have a question, it seems you are happy with the bonus system currently in place at the Stake casino so why look for another casino with a similar bonus system? If you keep gambling at Stake as you usually do then you will keep advancing and getting a higher VIP level and your bonuses will increase even more, it makes no sense to me why would you want to change something when you seem to be very comfortable with it.

It seems like you will never be able to find weekly or monthly bonuses like VIP level staking accounts at other casinos because until now only stake.com has the biggest bonus budget out of some of the top and most popular casinos.
From my personal experience, I have never found a casino that can provide a bonus the same as a stake bonus or can even outperform the bonus stake given to every user in it.
If you want an even bigger bonus, I think it's better to keep betting or playing at stake.com so that your VIP level is even higher so that the bonus you will receive will also be even bigger.

I'm going to second you on this. There are sites with *different* bonus programs, but so far Stake seems to be the best one in terms of pure rewards. They're also the only ones that have given long-term rewards and haven't cut back.
