Welcome to the great bitcointalk forum, If you find yourself in a new place learn the rules and regulations governing that place to enable you to understand how things are done there. I recommend you go through the rules and regulations provided to you above by some reputable members of this forum and also take them seriously. One thing you need to know when it comes to crypto is not to store your Bitcoin in a centralized exchange like Binance because you can wake up one day and find out you do not have access to it. After all, it is not your key and also not your coin, you can store your Bitcoin in a non-custodial wallet that gives only you access to your fund because that is why Bitcoin was designed. Also, don't allow anybody to get access to your seed phrase or private key because if any gets hold of it that person can move your Bitcoin to another wallet

I meant How can I benefit from it in crypto Smiley

Are you asking how to use your programming skills to benefit from cryptocurrencies? Simply. Cryptocurrencies are money. So like with regular money, you can trade your programming services for crypto payments.  Though to really cash in, you'd want to build blockchain apps.  That means first getting pretty deep into cryptocurrencies and related tech.  Could be a big learning curve if it's all new to you!

The way to do this is to prepare time to read everything related to what you want. Then examine it with reality.
All available if internet is still available.

Wow I must confess the rules here are very strict, I am new here.from the way I see things here I think it will take quite a long time to understand how this forum works.
Violating many of the rules will only get you a slap on the wrist and nothing more. For you to get more serious punishments you need to break one of three rules;
• Steal someone else's content and pass it off as yours,
• Excessively spam the forum despite repeated warnings,
• Share malwares.

The above rules are not broken in ignorance, so if you have no plan toncheat the system you will be fine here.

To understand how the forum works you have to interact more with it, join discussions and try out the available features. Visit the Help option for assistance.

It depends — what aspect of bitcoin/crypto are you actually interested in?

Always remember that most of Bitcoin/crypto is open-source. So whatever app category you're interested in, just go to their website and check their open-source code.

There are many projects that I have seen that they're looking for a coder but I am not sure if those that you've mentioned is what they look for as their PL.

Since you are here in the forum then you should read the pinned threads especially forum rules.

What you need to know about crypto is how blockchain works and you should also have to know how to send crypto snd receive. You should choose a wallet that is up to your liking and how to choose good wallet provider. Better choose the wallet that isn't custodial. There is a saying in crypto that goes "not your keys not your coin". Try checking the thread called Beginners & Help Encyclopedia. You can find it searching in google and make sure you add Bitcointalk at the end of your search.
