Jolly? I think I've heard that name before. hmm

The bottom line is, you need capital to create real estate? Correct?

If I read in the thread you attached, you need 100 - 500 million USD. That's a huge amount and how much capital do you have? What is your business experience? Who is your business market share? What is the matrix of possible profits and losses of the business you are planning?

If you are thinking about getting capital and just starting a business, then it is just empty talk. Apart from that, your business concept is also the same as a conventional business concept, you only use crypto to seek capital. no more than that. Correct?

Isn't this superfluous? Why should I need some kind of token when I can have money itself, and I can also stay wherever I want for day, weeks months, years? Why do I have to have a token, that not everybody accepts, to be able to rent a house or a room when I can do the same with money, that's acceptable by anybody anywhere?

Besides, aside from being superfluous, this is also courting unnecessary risks. The token's price could be very volatile. Somebody could dump a lot of it in the market and the value of what I own could nosedive anytime. Hell, it could even go worthless.

And your funding goal is "$100 million to $500 million"? I think you better start small and go up from there.

Why not come out straight and be plain in this your idea, you are having a real estate business model, want to introduce token into it, was it for an adoption or to be received in making payment for your business or rather you're having another agenda beyond what every other user commenting does not sees.

Ok, but I dont know why you need a new topic about it...

The last thing you posted in your thread was that you were looking for a bounty and social media manager. How did that end up?

I don't see anything too far in your vision from what argumentative reality also does talk about. Aside from owning a property, if you invest and hold part of the token that they sell, you also have the chance of owning a share in their real, live property situated anywhere, but all this just ends up being a fallacy; they don't ever come into existence.

Unless there is a real project somewhere, I don't think this is worth investing in because I can use my fiat or other currency to travel anywhere and foot my accommodation without it.

This could be worth investing in if you have a project or offer something that is rare, and only those who hold and own the token can enjoy a special benefit there. Like the hotel that was built on Mars by SpaceX and its CEO, something like that is what I'm referring to. If an offer like that is given, then you can see the token is worth holding, and there will be a large value attached to it.

There have been tons of crypto projects on real estate. This is not a unique idea and there is really no obvious demand for the blockchain technology in real estate neither does it solve any problem.

I  Made a little twist in my idea, what If each token you hold Will give you right to live on property 1 day or maybe Week.
...
Why would I use this and not just regular fiat? And how does this bring demand to the coin?

How does blockchain/crypto help in this case?

Why does using a token get you to rent the properties at way cheaper prices, and who takes the hit on revenues due to the discount?

Why can't this be done with typical fiat currency?

What does the token do besides being used for payments?

The original project here:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.63462000

But as i tought that the maintance and ownership of any real estate or Property it's just way too expensive for the owners than you don't need to own and i have perfect solution for that.

I  Made a little twist in my idea, what If each token you hold Will give you right to live on property 1 day or maybe Week.
And while you travel our team will have properties around the world you can use those properties If you are share holder of TOKEN REIT tokens.
You never own property but you can rent with way cheaper price.

And off course If you got a lot tokens you can stay in property like 10 years or you can pay rent with some tokens and some with crypto or fiat currencies.
Off course tokens will be cheap now you them and literally you can have housing all over world in one of our properties.

It's something like Airbnb but way better.
What you think about idea ? Will you be the user of this service ?

Let's be frank here, the real estate prices Went up because of lower rates but they go up one more time the real estate prices and by 2029 reset of financial system and then it's a start of affordble housing.
If we think about all of those we can see good point about my idea.
