Hey Bitcointalk fam! Smiley So, I've been aware of this community for like 4 years now, just kind of hanging around the edges. But I've finally decided to jump right in and be a part of the action! As a newbie, I'm super excited to soak up all the knowledge you guys have been sharing and maybe even throw in a few of my own ideas about Bitcoin. Let's learn and grow together.

I am really enthusiastic about this. On what boards would I learn the most about Bitcoin? Smiley
I also say welcome, you have not been on this forum that long, but since I have  been active on this forum, I have  learned a lot and some strategies and knowledge that you won't find anywhere else.  You can get it by discussing in different discussion here.  And if you know about bitcoin or want to share something then the best community you will find is bitcoin discussion, you can ask any kind of question here our seniors guide them very well.  Yes you can get very good strategy.  To understand bitcoin you can go to discussion on proposal and make good move by understanding your analysis and analysis of others.

you roamed the forums for 4 years, what did you get from the forums? what are you really looking for? of course with a long time you have read at least the most common parts in the forum.
If you have been on the forum for a long time, even if you don't participate in the discussions, if you are interested, at least you will read the information. If you just create an account and don't do anything, even just read the information, then it's the same as empty.

Every board in this forum is important. Since you have been aware of this community for 4 years, you must have some knowledge about this forum. So you can pay more attention to these (Bitcoin Discussion, Trading Discussion, Mining, Wallet software, Development & Technical Discussion), I think they are very important. Also every thread of Bitcoin is important, you don't skip any of them.

You can learn anything about Bitcoin on any board as this is a Bitcoin forum you as you are already aware, most discussion here are related to Bitcoin even though it's not about Bitcoin as main discussion, any discussion that is not related to a board are always move to the off topic board.

I'm not sure about what you have learn all this 4 years that you said you have knew about this forum but if I'm to give you a simple advice, please don't use AI to post on this forum, it will stain your image and reputation and consistency doing it will make you become a plagiarizer because it will be difficult to write by yourself. That said.

If you have plan to join signature later as you start, please kill that idea, what you should focus on right now is rank and don't rank like you are determined to start the sign, learn and write naturally, your expectations will be over excited because you are going to break a lot of boundaries than you have imagined.

Must you sign up on the forum before you can learn? I don’t think so, the OP might be getting all the necessary informations which he needs without creating a account here, if the Op says he hasn’t been visiting the forum or learning anyhow here, I will have said it’s a complete waste of time, but since the OP is learning, then I don’t have any problem with that. Even if the OP created account and doesn’t have any reasonable thing to post, So visiting the forum without creating an account here is not a bad thing.

You're correct there, the op could learn without signing up but there are times were we understand more better when we ask questions directed to the problem we are facing at that present time. Especially if you're working on something technical and you encountered a problem that is strange from all that you've read. The Bitcoin technical board could be of good help to ask questions, as you'll meet so many experienced users/programmer there that might have a clue of what your experiencing. No one said visiting the forum without creating an account is a bad thing, but from what we have at hand now, after the op has spent all these time just visiting the forum, assuming he used all those years to interact with members here, he would have gained more that what he has now.

It's awesome that you're finally taking the plunge and diving in.

I'd recommend starting with the Bitcoin Discussion board. It's like the heart of the community, where you'll find a wide range of topics, from beginner questions to advanced discussions on Bitcoin's technology, economics, and prospects. Also, you might want to check out boards like Development & Technical Discussion if you're interested in the technical aspects of Bitcoin but the discussions here can get pretty complex, so it might be a good idea to ease into it after getting a foundation from the Bitcoin Discussion board, or Economy if you're keen on understanding its impact on the financial world. Don't forget to utilize the search function, there's a wealth of information already out here on a variety of topics.

We always welcome new users here and support them as well. I'm just curious if you have any specific reason to join this forum. I'm asking because you have been following it for a long time but haven't joined. However, if you are interested in learning about Bitcoin and crypto, then you are in the right place. From here, you can learn everything related to crypto. If you have anything on your mind, then simply use the search button before creating a new thread. It will help the forum reduce spam and unnecessary discussions.

You are welcome op, it good to have you here finally after knowing about the forum for over four years  but just hanging around, I believe many things will not be new to you here in this forum by know especially the rules and regulations guide the forum.

If truly you want to learn about Bitcoin and it will not be only one board that you will being visiting here in this forum, many boards talk about Bitcoin but for knowing basic about Bitcoin, Bitcoin Discussion is okay for you but it will be better visiting beginners and help so that will be guiding you about Bitcoin and others altcoins so you will not easily for for scam and learning about so beat wallet to use, infact I will advise you as you are a newbie should just be visiting beginners and Bitcoin Discussion it will rely be great to you as starting. However, it's even better to explore beginner sections where you can receive guidance about Bitcoin and other altcoins. This way, you'll be less susceptible to scams and learn about the best wallets to use. In fact, I strongly advise you, as a newbie, to focus on visiting beginner sections and the Bitcoin Discussion board initially. It will truly benefit you as you embark on your journey into the world of cryptocurrency.

Well I have been here for some months now, hoping to have full knowledge about cryptocurrency and also some investment strategies, and how I can get profited from investing in most of this altcoins.
My investment strategy is Dollar-Cost Averaging. With this method, you can accumulate bitcoins at your own pace. We have so many threads on DCA and yet newbies do not find it convincing enough. I think you should stay away from investing in altcoins and futures trading for now. That is if you do not want to lose money.

Welcome, first. Being aware of this forum and "hanging around the edges" leaves some room for interpretation about what you've been doing all those four years. I'm not going to speculate about it. If you've been wandering around the various boards, I'd be surprised that you ask where to learn the most about Bitcoin. Seriously, what have you done all the time?

Now, what exactly do you want to learn about Bitcoin? Technical stuff and questions can be found mostly in Bitcoin Technical Support but also in Development & Technical Discussion. A nice external site is also https://learnmeabitcoin.com or Mastering Bitcoin 3rd edition. Various ideas and discussions about Bitcoin are in Bitcoin Discussion.

Read the stickies of boards, they contains valuable details about important topics not to miss.

And maybe don't make the mistake to just open a thread and refuse to interact. The first page is almost filled and so far your only engagement was to open it.

Since four years is a long time to truly acquire a lot of knowledge, you would have presumably gained much more knowledge than you presently possess.

On this forum, the topic of Bitcoin is the most discussed. Our forum has a wealth of knowledge for those who are truly dedicated to their own education. Explore forums for Bitcoin Discussion, Mining, Technical Support, and other related topics to broaden your understanding of the cryptocurrency.

Hey, welcome to the forum!

You must have explored the forum one way or another within those 4 years of hanging around the edges, so you're not a total stranger of what's happening here.

If you're after Bitcoin knowledge, obviously you explore the section dedicated to it: the Bitcoin section. The section is further divided into separate boards and child boards for specific discussions and topics. So depending on which specific areas of Bitcoin you're interested in, you could focus exploring on boards dedicated to, say, mining or technical development or wallets or others.

Welcome officially to the forum. Four years and you still managed to resist the urge to create an account on the forum. Well you should be familiar with the forum by now, its not much different from what you experienced as a guest, I believe the only restriction you have as a forum guest is not being able to post or send messages. I hope you can use forum search engine, this thread will help with that.
On what boards would I learn the most about Bitcoin? Smiley
That would be Bitcoin board. Before anything else, I think you should refresh your memory of the forum rules.

Well, you would have greatly even developed further than you have currently in knowledge because 4 years is a lot of time to really get a lot of knowledge. There are many members currently who have not been in the forum for up to four years but know enough and may be able to even correct someone who has known about cryptocurrency for more than four years but not a member of the forum. If you commit yourself to really learning, you will be able to attest to an increase in your knowledge about bitcoins by the end of the year.

What benefit have you received from the fact that you have been visiting this forum for 4 years? In such a period, you should have already become a professional who not only understands the basics of the cryptocurrency market, but can also provide qualified assistance to beginners.

I am really enthusiastic about this. On what boards would I learn the most about Bitcoin? Smiley
