I'm very sorry for the situation you're in and i feel empathy for you. i am still studying and currently in my 3rd year of college so i only get allowances from my parents. as much as i would like to help people like you, i am not in the place in my life yet that i could do so. my advise for you is to not borrow money for trading or doing some investment that you are not sure of. with trading, you should be very knowledgeable before you can start in that journey. you need to learn for about 4 - 5 months before you could start and i also advise to have a mentor or enroll in a class if you want to trade. with trading it is not always guaranteed and you should only risk the money you could afford to lose. the best i could suggest for you is to try to talk to a lot of people in your community and offer them simple services you can do in your current health condition. i hope the best for you and i hope you will eventually get prosperous in the future. You need money and honestly investing in meme coins isn't the best way to go. You mentioned having poor health and from what I've seen and known about Bitcoin investment or anything crypto related is it's not for the weak hearted and if care's not taken, your desperation coupled with how unfavorable the market can be sometimes can add to make your health worse.

Crypto investment is not for you, focus on your health through family help, or even friends, fix your health first then move on to airdrops, this was how I started without no penny, day ago this memecoin called $Dogs paid telegram users, so yes airdrops still pays but mind you, this is just for you to survive, it is better you look for a job first, its a necessity.
If you start getting money it is not advisable to invest in meme coins, most times it's like pouring a bucket of water in a basket over and over again, better start looking into doing research on good altcoins.
Most people have the money but they don't know how to do good research on altcoins, so they end up throwing their money away.
The first thing we have to tell newbies about this platform is on it purpose of creation, which is about bitcoin discussion and not a place of making money or investment platform, but at the cause of giving some quality contributions to the community, we may be open to some informations about earning opportunities, and this have to be clear on every newbies discovering about this platform for the first time.

Memecoin can turned 1$ into 100 USD easy but the truth is not always like that from 100 memecoin there is chance you can only find one memecoin that can make you fortune and lot of them usually are turn into dust.

Maybe I understand a little about your current condition, you don't have a job, don't have a degree and you are also sick. Of course the main focus that you must do first is to find money for treatment, because if you are sick, everything cannot be done including if you do trading. It’s okay to borrow some funds if you have a reliable source of income to pay your loan. But with your current status, you have no job or any other sources of income, so how would you pay your borrowed money. I don’t think investing in crypto will get you out from your struggles these days, but get a real job that will pay you regularly, that way after saving some of your extra money, you can decide to invest in crypto. It could be a good option if you have known your investment well, but if you are still new to it, it’s better to research and study first your investment before risking your hard-earned funds.
As the OP do not have any means of source of income there is no need for him to take a loan so that his reputation will not tannish, unless he has a good collateral that worths the amount of loan he wants to take. I think the OP should try and learn a good skills that he can use to make money either online or offline, even if he's not being paid with crypto he can try as much as possible to buy little by little, maybe from their he can be able to get the kind of life he wants.

To earn decent money, you need to sell decent products and offer quality services to the people that might have need of them. Once you get into the illegal space, your sure to be tagged and eventually, sent on your way through the back door.

Since you don't have money no job and with your health issue I won't want to say you should think of borrowing for now because you thinking of starting something you feel would fetch you extra money might not be the solution at the moment, what if things doesn't work as planned how then will you pay your debt? Before you set your self in this kind of shit hole you first think of yourself I mean your well being not what you want at the moment and then reason what would happen if things went against you.
