You are not the only one here ,buddy. We are all having that obsession with bitcoin. I do it all the time. I check for the btc price all throughout the day , and I'm very hopeful it goes up. I check it like I check my messages. haha Grin

. It's obsessive behaviour & maybe a bit stupid but I can't help it. I wish I could just forget about the price & check it maybe once every couple of months but I can't help it

Hopefully all this time & effort will be worth it one day.

Just keep in mind though if you dont see the # you like in the morning or it drops, just save the stress and check 1 week later and see where it is lol.

Usually its around the same price, so daily checks are really not much to tell unless you hear stories like greece.

I am only registered with Apple as a developer. I wouldn't be able to write a single line of code for Android. If an android developer ever steps forward, I would love to provide them with everything they need to build it.

I have the paranoid android app.... spent 2013 getting woken up to the happy green alarm, and 2014 getting woken up to the angry red alarm....2015 has been pretty quiet so I often go weeks without noticing the price. Would very much like to start getting woken again to the happy "you're getting richer" alarm!

Its a nice habit to pick up on.

But thats really for day traders in my view or traders who are dependent heavily on movement prices. I look at the price every few 2 days, or happen to not check it at all for entire week. Obviously im not a trader.

I usually check the Wall Observer thread after I've checked the price because it's good for finding out the latest news. It's always easy to find right at the top. Chart buddy keeps it at the top even if nobody else has posted, and he makes it easy to compare the prices on Bitfinex. Bitstamp, and Coinbase.

actually i was thinking about finding or writing an aplication for my desktop using coindesk API to always have the price ready at hand Cheesy

I'm also thinking about having it permanently on my desktop, and I'm taking it further by considering getting a smart phone Bitcoin price app so I can check the price wherever I am. I'm always wondering what the rice is doing when I'm away from my computer.

Electrum shiws the updated price in their wallet app. It's pretty handy
