Their idea, website, team looks good, but I dont see any big names as advisors, also I cant find Eloncity on ICOBench website. Why? When project is listed on ICOBench with some good review, then the project is more trusted to me. I know about the recent problem with ICOBench..

Yes, you can definitely participate in it. I myself had never participated in their bounty campaigns but I think their ideas are very great and interesting. It's good you are participating in bounty campaigns but one thing that you have to be careful with is to stay updated with the project and its bounty manager for any change of rules or even a possible Knowing Your Customer process before the bounty campaigns.
