If you request withdrawal before KYC, they only need 20 minutes to reject your withdrawal, the process was super fast and easy.

After KYC, the process become difficult and take a lot of time !!!!

Yes, but I hate the waiting process. They are reviewing and reviewing the case and let me to cancel my withdrawal for the time. I know it's my fault if I cancel it and gamble again and lose again. But I need to control it btw..

I do not know the amount of money in question (you have not mentioned it) but I am assuming it is something to care about since you have made this thread. Wait for the cashout calmy. If you lose playing this amount there will be nothing to fight for.
