In my experience with Poloniex this is good exchange and never problem wih them, but now I heard the verification procces so long, I think this is because they has increasing more customer and they can not handle it, A few year ago when the has customer around 4,000 trader is very easy and fast to get verified. But other exchange like Bittrex will be good to get fast verified account.

lol, I received this message

"You have reached the maximum allowed number of failed verification attempts."

What a stupid exchange. It is almost like they don't want more customers. I've been put through a lot of shit these last 24 hours trying various shit just to get an account. Fuck them for wasting my time.
Patient friend .. if you can not use poloniex then use other market .. there are many big market altcoin easier in verification .. I also have experienced the same .. in local bitcoin market my country I first deposit and trade without verification . and after I get the profit from my trade I try to take it .. but as I suspected several times failed in verification and they assume that someone else tried to take over my funds .. until now I lost the account and its contents because it can not be verified again.

What a frustrating experience. For the life of me, I can't figure out how to use my webcam appartently. I use Windows 10 operating system and every time I get to the page where they want to take a picture using the webcam which is internally installed on my computer a "OOPS" page pops up. Then I have to wait an hour or so before I can try again, because it auto submits the form or something. I've tried everything I can think of. I tried with other browsers. I even tried using my iPhone. Help me bitcoin talk. Help. Grrrrr. This is so frustrating.

I have experience with that exchange before. I never verify my account till now nut i can still withdraw my fund.
But long time did not use it again.
May i know if poloniex not allow withdrawal now to unverified account? If they allow then why you try to verify if its so difficult for you.

nobody can help you out because the main problem did not come from you but instead them.
the majority people had a problem while using their service,
and many people lost their access to their account without a proper explanation.
just like other people said to you,it would be better for you to give it up and stay away from it.
but if you're already sent your coin to them,i think you should keep sending them a ticket from email everyday.
it does not guarantee you anything at least you're trying to find a way to solve it.
trading is a risky thing and using a shady exhanges at the same time is like killing ourself.
better safe than sorry my brother,

I suggest you to give up, don't even bother. Poloniex used to be one of the best exchangers with great reputation but it isn't so anymore. Lately there were a lot of accusations for scam, poor customer service, account blocking without reason etc. So if you don't want to be another person with such problems, find another exchanger.

my piece of advice for you,
i do not recommend you to trade your coin in that exchanger.
there're a ton of problem that had been occured in there and they have 0 support.
many people lost a lot of money while using that exchanges,
from losing their money due to unclose margin, deposit lost, withdrawal error and the majority people have a problem with their account.
they're blocking it due to unknown reason and did not reply our message.
so it would be better for you to avoid it at any cost,
but it's up to you to decide it
