Also, now none of the images load for me, and if I visit the link manually I get an error that says you aren't allowed to hotlink proxified images.

The problem is existing posted images and future user content, since you can't really tell everyone never to use imageshack again. Unless you run an imageshack proxy?P.s I run it

Why not use dropbox and host images by HTTPS?
Well, imgur is nice n all, I like https as imgur does not offer this. Plus, using https images does not break the bitcointalk.org's security.

Will that even work? Bitcointalk uses https:// for everything, and referrers are never passed when in secure mode like that.
True. It wouldn't work.
I didn't know people still used imageshack.
They are using imageshack. I see the frog image all over the forums as my IP isn't from the US/UK range.
