the internet and technology is giving way to learn so many things and we learn to communicate to other people how to be friendly and we use it to our school studies that is the positive ways but it can affects our mind and health like eyes and our meals maintinance and some radiation absorb of our head and that is the negative ways!

Same, technology give us positive way because we can learn easily because of technology, but the negative way is it can cause too much pain specially to our brain if we always use our gadgets.
Technology and internet are very big help in our daily activities and works. It help us to finish our jobs faster and accurate. But technology and internet also have a negative effect that we should avoid to happen. In my observation, many children below 7 years old are being addict in using of gadgets so their social interaction with the community are being loss.

techlogy has progressed faster than humans can catch up, this has scrambled our brains and let them dry rotted. we were better off as monkeys in trees, what the hell happened to us?
It really matters on how often you use these things and for what purpose. I work from home so for me it is neccessary to be on the internet for a full day. Whereas there may be somebody else who uses the internet
purely for entertainment and does not work or contribute to society. It is not just as simple as good or bad. Since it can be either it is how you consume it that determines the effect it has on you.

This question can't be answered in one positive or negative view.
We got lots of positive sides like research on health products, experiments with vaccines, fast information gathering opportunities, less queues and doing stuff like registrations and similar directly from home, but on the other hand there are lots of other negative stuff too. I won't list whole list but the most terrible things are people read less books, became less active and more lazy. Social life in real life changed to social networks and people on parties spend more time with their screens than simply spending their time with other people in real.
Look at young companies in restaurants, bars and similar places... "Wifi parties" everywhere

If we will just evaluate, there's a lot of positive and negative impact of internet in our life. The good thing about internet is that, it really helped people's life easier and I think it made life convenient. Just imagine, how can we be updated about news world-wide without internet. How can we transact business easier and more effective without it, and how can we have this kind of opportunities without the internet.

I think humanity progressed a lot because of internet. Internet helped a lot of people in terms of business, services, communication and a lot more. Maybe in the future working at home which is convenient for people will be in demand and only a few people would work in an office. I know there's a lot of bad effects of internet, but let's always look at the bright side.
If we look at the overall picture then its showing negative impact. Due to excessive use of technology we are going very far from books. Most importantly internet and technology is effecting out health very badly.
Wise use of internet and technology is very good for us. Now whole world is one click away from us but we are abusing this instead of getting maximum benefit. Our children.......
now a one year kid cannot survive without smart phone. In some countries certain rehabilitation centers have been developed for children that cannot live without mobile phone. That is really an alarming situation.

- Social media and games sometimes becomes addictive.
- Sometimes it becomes a media for extortion.
- Because it can easily be accessed, children can be exposed to violent and indecent videos.
- Fake news can easily be spread.
- Rude comments, false accusations, bashing becomes uncontrolled.
- Research is made easy especially for students.

It affects people differently. Some, who can't harness the positive qualities of it, are ultimately negatively effected. Yet, never before have we seen so much power and knowledge placed back into the hands of the "everyday" man and woman. The internet has been the greatest innovation of the modern era.
Our world is providing to be more great with internet technology, years ago we were receiving from abroad after many days, today i get live updates and i can even choose to watch most events live by streaming. I dont feel off tune with the outside world like i use to do some years ago. I have access to every information i need online i just have to search the right place to make sure am not getting the wrong information. I believe we are living in the best times the world has ever witnessed because of internet technology and it will keep getting better and better
It's not like you say if there is no technology, then all smart devices will not come out. No human technology will be more comfortable on the device in the house, anti-theft .... Technology is the future it is also good and bad face that 
The impact of technology and internet today has come to define our very own existence and it seems we cannot even do without it. From the social media to the banking system, insurance, health system, data base management, security, air travels, everything concerning transportation have come to rely on the those two fundamental innovation that have happened to human existence.
internet and technology can affect on human behavior, on society, on work or modern business. and the use of social networking sites has both positive and negative consequences. positive effects of it are as the media of communication, exchange for data, media for searching and obtaining information, ease of transaction or business. negative effects are porn, violence and gore, deception, gambling, addiction, and so forth.
It's really more of both positive and negative. More like a pros and con kind of deal about internet and technology. Let me list down what I think good and bad effects of internet and technology:

Information is always read and ripe for picking
Information is wide and free
Convinience of access of these informations
Knowledge is practically free
There are always innovation for health and wellness
Negatives:
Hard to maintain unlike libraries
No privacy
Internet addiction is actually really unhealthy
Leads to obesity and laziness

Information is readily available, the problem is some of them wouldn't be verified as fact or opinion. Some, if not most are plain conjectures. Both these information affects how we think in a certain topic. It sways us to think a certain way. Good thing is, especially when faced with a topic with multiple sides, you could get perspective on both.
