In the first place technology has done a lot of help and changes to our daily lives. Most of those changes are for the better but there are also bad effect it brought us specially to our young people. Students now are too lazy. No reading of text books, no doing manual research, everything is just one click in the internet and when examination comes they can hardly remember what they’ve studied about.

As for me internet and technology has a greater impact nowadays. There are so many advantages than disadvantages. The advantages are life becomes more easier esp at work and in school. All school and office works depends on internet and technology since computer are necessity. Even children are hooked up to use them. Another advantages are: the school work of learners become more easier than before because in one click of a fingertip all information are ready to get, we can learn many things using technology and internet, we can communicate easily and in real time, we can find and reach long lost family, relatives and old time friends as well thru the internet, and we can travel around the world thru the vast knowledge that the internet and technology offer. On the other hand , there's a disadvantage of the internet and technology which is lacking of times to those who are total engrossed to use the net and technology. But with parental guidance everything will be under control.

Technology is a wonderful thing. It connects us to others, it's super convenient, even shopping could be done online. But here's the sad reality: All that tech is taking a toll to our health. Research shows that staring at your phone or computers all day might wreck your spine. Too much screen use could also strain your eyes. All that googling can cause anxiety and maybe giving you a headache. Perhaps it is time to power down a bit. Too much of anything can be bad.
