A good teacher can only be a practicing trader who already earns money in trading (theoretical knowledge alone will not bring results), but I doubt that such a person will want to spend his time teaching someone else, and if he does it for money, then his lessons will be very expensive, which will be too expensive for a beginner trader to afford, but most likely it will still cost him less than when he learns from his mistakes on his own.

It is quite possible that beginners will buy coins based on someone's recommendations, because choosing something yourself when you are just starting out is very difficult (an exception may be bitcoin). And they will buy at random, or based on the news, and this approach is often unprofitable because the market is constantly manipulated...
But a mentor can not be besides us all day long because he have his  activities. That is why we must learn from other people and other sources so we can improve our skills better and not rely on him. If we can have a good skill to analyze the market, we can enter to the market anytime we want and the chance to make more profit will be bigger.

A beginners should learn how to trade with right and he must spends more time to learn more from other sources. He can not wait for his mentor gives a sign to buy coins but trying to analyze the market to find the coins. That will help him to improve his skill in trading so he will not have a difficulty to search for the coins that have potential to increase.
Thats the hassle thing when you do deal up on having a mentor on which you would really be that depending or basing up on their schedule or simply means that you will really be that definitely be basing up
into their vacant time on which i do prefer live sessions trading than with those recorded on which you cant really be able to have that good interaction in between you and your mentor.

If you do find yourself needing up that mentor then it will really be that up to you because not all people will really be having that kind of preference on having some mentor but instead they will really be liking
that they will be learning up things on their own. There would really be those who do really have that kind of laziness on which they are highly dependent with those mentors
and less up learn but not all because there are ones who do able to learn.

We are all once a beginner and it will really be that facing up those kind of intents and emotions due to lack of knowledge and experience on which this is normal.
People are really just that in a hurry on the time that they will be knowing about making money on something.

Even though a good mentor would help, the best teacher is the practice that is done by yourself.
Facing all the problems the trader faces without a backup of sorts is as good as doing it with someone who would drag you out of the mess you may do, in my opinion. For different reasons.

Yeah, the mentor should be a guiding hand in a time of need - not a hand that does everything for you.
It teaches you, doesn't replace your decision-making.
So think about it in this way, and not in a way that would harm your deposit in the long run.

A mentor, teacher, or guide can help you avoid some of these major pitfalls.
I agree but you have to add a "genuine". Because not all of those teachers or guides are genuinely there for us. But if you ever find someone who's willingly to that for you with a genuine concern, you've found a gem. You'll never find someone who's too careful for you as you trade whether he's a life mentor, a trading mentor, cherish them and don't ever let them out of your life because the life lessons that you can learn from those mentors are going to add of great value to your life and you'll never see that with other people trying to do the same thing as you.
This day, traders are not willing to mentor anyone for free again, because at the end all that they believe is that, once it doesn't have a price tag to it, people won't value the mentorship, so for that, teaching newbies how to gamble or every other things requires the mentees to pay a fees, and from the introduction of that fee, comes the possibility of scamming in the whole system, because most of those that charge those fees will never give in the time to properly teach the mentees unless for a few of them.

You said the truth also, because many times, some mentees have made some mistakes of loosing a life mentor because of their carelessness a d the rest of the others habits that take them off the presence of the mentor, and the negative impact of this on their trading journey is severe and bad.

Many of the losing we recorded while trading as newbies are all because of our inability to have a lesson and a guide before starting off to trade.

That’s the best thing for anyone that want to begin a trading journey, is better to have hold who is already be a while in the trading, because once a person hold who as become expert about the trading your journey will be very easy: since they will guide you in to full details of full trading and if they give a person proper guide on trading everything will become very easy when it comes trades.

That’s why for a person to having a mentor who’s is going to hide him to gain proper knowledge about the trading is very important, but some beginners will be thinking that they can do it even without a mentor and that’s why most of people’s failed in ever they trade. Because their lack of proper education and knowledge.

Not everyone could afford a mentor, for this reason, we have this community and few other social media like youtube, quora where you can get your problems addressed. Hiring a mentor is definitely not feasible where I live but probably online mentors are possible; instead of going for virtual mentors, I will prefer this community even I will be forced to wait for the exact answers for my doubts.

I believe every newbie trader must be having their friend as a mentor. Still, I am sure there are people who learn everything from youtube and without any friends around. Overall, having your friend as a mentor will definitely help and also being active on social media will enhance the learning process. If you are able to afford a mentor for hiring then you may go for it given that you can double check the rating and prior experiences of mentors.

As an individual considering to start trading, understand that the money you can lose trying to learn to trade on your own when you know that learning on your own is a difficulty will be more than the amount of money you will spend if you decide to get a mentor, teacher, or guide early.

A mentor, teacher or guide will not only teach you the basics in the order of importance and how you should know it, but will also share with you their experience, and that can be very invaluable.

Some early mistakes in trading are capable of ending your trading career. A mentor, teacher, or guide can help you avoid some of these major pitfalls.
Their experience is really invaluable we must listen to the stories, which they share occasionally. But as a newbie, it's hard for them to judge either the person they are following is a good mentor or not. I consider myself a newbie in trading, and I really don't know if I learn technical analysis, I would be making more profit or not, and they are complex too, plus I am doing well with fundamental analysis. But still, to learn more, I prefer to watch old videos of the influencers I follow so I can confirm whether whatever they are sharing is good or not So now I have two dudes on YouTube who share good videos, and I have been following them for 1+ years.

If a newbie is doing future trading at the moment, then they should stop it immediately. A mentor would also suggest the same that future is not for newbies. The dudes I follow really shared good stuff and saved me from big mistakes so never test that you have natural powers and you can earn without any mentor or you don't need one. Finding one won't cause any harm.

Learning trading today is not easy today but we can search for many lessons from the internet. Although we don't have a mentor, we can still learn from that sources because many good videos that can help us to understand about trading. But if you can get a mentor that can help you anytime you need a help, that will be good for you because you can learn from that mentor and improve your skill.

Many beginners doesn't know about that and without considering to learn about trading, they enter to the market and buy a random coins based on what they read from their social media page. That makes them lose their money and that happens over and over if they don't realize and understand that.

That's the main formula for anyone who is involved in crypto trading, crypto trading is not the same as trading in supermarkets, accompanied by experts is the best method and strategy, the crypto market is very risky.

So, if someone wants to be successful, they have to learn, not imitate, trading in the crypto market is not as easy as people talk about and not as easy as what we see on YouTube, without guidance and guidance, losses are right before our eyes, For that reason, I support what the OP said, don't be careless and rash in your actions, if money on the internet disappears like lightning, it won't leave a mark, try asking more questions from trading experts.

To the Moon
I still remember there's a so called professional trader in my country, he sell a subscription to join in his private group for trading. He give e-books, trading signal, risk management etc, but there's always a sentence "trading is high risk, we're not responsible for your losses".

But, after few months, I know that he's just a liar.

His signal tend to lose than win, he said to use 20%-30% to invest in cryptocurrency, but he actually use almost of his money to invest in cryptocurrency. When his signal went true, he will spam and make him looks smart, when his signal went false, he will hiding in basement and come back tomorrow.

I also had a negative experience of participating in such a closed signal group. And before buying access to the paid group, I very carefully monitored the signals in the free group and there almost all transactions were closed with profit. Subsequently, I realized that the channel owner simply removes the wrong signals, leaving only those in the group that brought profit.

We could say the results are much better when we have the right people guiding us. Those who can afford to spend money and get a mentor have an advantage because, let’s face it, trading isn’t that easy to do correctly. Sure, there are a lot of tutorials online and a lot of people showing their skills on YouTube for us to learn, but they’re still not enough to make us really skilled. That is why, whether we like it or not, having a mentor makes learning faster. But of course, we won’t get everything from this—experience is still what matters most. Which is, I would say that we don't have to be afraid of taking risks and losing money if we want to learn something new.

Trading is not hard, it's very simple. All you have to do for successful trading is to buy at a low price and sell at a higher price. To be fair, I think that you don't need a mentor because what can a mentor teach you? You have to gain experience yourself. Watch the market for months, for a year, and make your predictions but don't bet your real money or bet what you can afford to lose. I think that practice makes perfect, over time you'll know when to trade and when to hold and rest.

Btw my biggest suggestion for you is to have control over your emotions. This is one of the most important factors in trading but keep in mind that you also depend on luck. No skill or emotional control can help you profit if luck is not on your side. You are not a whale, so you can't control the direction of market, you are a fish in ocean full of whales, so you need to swim behind them, not in front of them because they'll eat you.

A mentor helps you to avoid the mistakes they made as learners.;
A mentor can make to learn faster and succeed than your colleagues;
Without a mentor, you can also learn but you could make some avoidable mistakes;
However, having a mentor is not the ultimate, rather being willing and able to learn and be committed over the time.

Instead having one mentor, I'll prefer to have two teachers. I like learning from more than one source.

It's great to be able to have at least one, but a good one  Tongue
And the one who would be able to listen and study for good.
Most out there would just suck your bags dry for nothing.

People do not learn anything from birth.  It is not that there is nothing to learn in trading.  Rather, new traders have a lot to learn in trading, new traders will lose money without realizing it at first.  In the first case, if the cow loses, his desire or interest to become a trader will be lost.  If there is a teacher, guide, you will be saved if you have small mistakes.

Guides may help, but practice is the best teacher, in my opinion.
No matter the info you will read and process, it needs to be put to the real circumstances.

It is very difficult to find a good mentor, except if he is your friend or relative. Everything that can be found on the internet is usually cheating when a stolen trading course is sold for little money. Therefore, it is necessary to focus on self-education, which will be more useful in any case than if you give your money to a crook.
You are very right. Those that are good will bill the person except they are relatives. What that is mostly important in trading is to learn about risk management. It is not long to read and I do not think it can take more than 10 to 15 minutes to read. Having a mentor is not necessary. Many mentors are seeing money from the people they are teaching and not actually from trading. Some have huge amount to trade with which helped them. A mentor that if have small amount to trade, he will also be losing.

Mentors should be like a teaching hand and don't enforce their vision on their pupils.
And the risk-management is really important - with it, you will learn and have the ability to learn in the future, because the part of your deposit will be with you still.

It is good if you can learn knowledge and also shared experience from others. If they told you about mistakes in the past which cost them a lot of money, it is valuable lesson to pay more attention on. If they only share about success, don't trust them because this market is not rosy and all people have to learn with some lessons and losses, just small or big.

Mistakes in trading can end your trading career anytime if you have bad capital management by using all money for trading. You can lose all your capital as a newbie or senior trader.

A good capital management will help you control your capital better, reduce risk impacts on loss severity of your trading and whole capital.
