That's true that if someone is known to have an education, he's gonna get a good status in the society. But, it's not all about the status because someone may be educated but not respected.

If you know what I mean from that because being educated doesn't only mean that he's able to finish studies and college but today, it's also counted about having a good behavior, manners and right conduct.

Some one may be educated but not having a good morals; yes i agree with you, some people see education as just transmitting knowledge only; but it has to do with characters...

Being educated does not only refer to the four walls of a classroom; it extends beyond those confines. You can be educated in the classroom but not in life, which will temper and cause negative effects on your success. When it comes to being successful with education, discipline plays a big role. Being educated and not disciplined brings more bad luck than good. Successful people always get it right in the classroom and in society to be labeled as "successful."

Yes to be educated is not all about going to school, but the class room system brings out that cultured discipline..

That's why we see people making use of some words, like for example. He don't do things like someone that is educated.
