Thread stays open UNTIL I get my hard earned money pal. And yes, I did follow all the instructions, they just want to delay things intentionally.

I am not asking you to lock all of your threads, not until your case is solved, what I ask you to do is to close one of them [if I have to be specific, I previously asked you to lock this one and focus on the older one] so every development can be focused in one chronological and neat place. And I am not asking this on behalf of BC.game, I am asking you to do this so anyone who read your case will understand what happened, what's happening, and what will happen easier because they don't have to gather information from two or more threads simultaneously.

Whichever thread you choose to lock is up to you, if you prefer to focus the discussion on this thread, then lock the old one, and likewise, if you prefer to have it on the old one, then lock this. But if you insist to have both, simultaneously, I certainly can't "force" you; It's just an advice to keep everything easier to track.

Case on point, on your other thread the narrative so far is that there's no progress at all, while if people read this thread, they'll learn that you've got a reply and currently in process of resubmitting your selfie.

It was couple sports bets in major leagues, nothing special. Unfortunately BC.Game doesn't allow me to view them because of my account being put in Restricted mode so I can't show them.
Still waiting on my account to be restored access, after more than 1 month of restrictions.

Update : After 33 days of account in restricted mode, they accepted all the documents I sent except of my selfie holding my ID + paper so I sent a new one. Hoping it won't take another 1 month to get the last document accepted!
There was absolutely nothing wrong with the selfie, they just want to delay it intentionally it seems.

If I may ask, did you use vpn while registering on the casino site at your first login because sometimes they look at this and possible doubt if truly you are the real owner of the account. Maybe you have been using different device to login your account which seems suspicious s most casino take not of login IP  so they take note of how frequent some IPs are used to login some particular account for security reasons.

Great! Now, if you can lock this thread and move that update to your older thread so everybody can stay focused and follow the development of your case more easily, that'll be very neat.

This is good news that they accepted all your documents, and there is only one step left to complete the verification in full.
You can contact their support again in order for them to try to expedite the verification process.

I hope that you have adhered to the guidelines that they mentioned in their article regarding a selfie photo of yourself holding your ID, I will put a quote for you below with some of what they mentioned, but you have to read what they wrote entirely in the fourth step in their article.

Quote
Do's:
Ensure your face and the information on the paper and ID are clearly visible.
Make sure the date written on the paper is the current date.

Don'ts:
Do not wear sunglasses, hats, or anything that obscures your face.
Do not write incorrect or illegible information on the paper.

They have banned my friends' account with over $139k balance. They don't let him withdraw as well and no proper reason by support to explain it. Something is not right with BC nowadays.
That's a freaking lot of money. Has your friend tried legal aid or at-least reached out to any community who could help him? I actually found this topic from their ann thread where the OP posted the following

Update : Account remains suspended for 4+ weeks. No reply via email, live chat or PM here.
BC.Game rug pull? Unbelievable when I see people say they are "trusted". Either paid shills or affiliates/workers for BC

It's heard to listen a voice when there are too many people not supporting it, in fact they all are telling BC game is the real one. Sure BC game is around for some times but we have seen businesses to make random internet users their victims.

Well. There is no long talks, if you feel this is an outright scam, or the casino is trying to scam you, the go ahead and create an official scam accusation against the casino, and let the community judge the matter, you can do that in the scam and accusation board, but before you do, make sure to read the guidelines and follow them as instructed, and also not that one important aspect you must not neglect is the evidences, proof that what you claim happened actually happened, you have to make all of it available, so as to make your accusation as credible as possible..

This is all I can say on this matter, sorry if any other user or users have said or suggested the same thing.

OP has created an accusation thread, here, this piece of information has well been pointed out by Slow death on post #5 and repeated by Beparanf on post #7.

OP, there's no need to create multiple threads [I understand this one is moved from Gambling section to Scam Accusations, but still] as it'll confuses anyone following the development of the case by having to go back and forth between threads to keep themselves updated with the development of the case. I'll try PMing their representative to revisit your other thread. Though their last online date was ten days ago, they'll still bound to get online and hopefully notice my PM. Meanwhile, please lock this one immediately so all of us can stay focused in one thread.

For added context for anyone curious, BC.GAME had replied on the other thread as follows:

Hello. Please contact our live support. They are pretty fast to respond and are available 24/7. We can't discuss individual account related issues on a public forum due to our privacy policy. Thanks.

of which until this day, OP's attempt to get in touch --according to OP's latest reply-- bears no fruit. Let's see if we can sort this one out once BC.GAME come back online.

Edit: PM sent

OP possibly must have done everything necessary to facilitate his or her KYC process by submitting the documents but I was wondering what must have prompted this delay in payment. Possibly OP might be from a restricted area of the case maybe but I can not conclude but assume and they should have been able to respond to OP instead of locking his account amd denying OP access to it coupled with delay in payment of withdrawal. Although the casino is very much active here and have a running campaign.
I see no reason from what you have said for them to delay and Lock your account.

^ That is a mistake and probably many gamblers will avoid this casino.
It is important for any reputable gambling platform to prioritize quick and transparent resolution of disputes and have streamlined verification procedures in place because this helps in addressing issues promptly and maintaining a positive relationship with their customers, it seems it is a really unprofessional way.

Of course! Imagine that you go to any other service provider and hear something like that.
Bank
-We can take as long as we want to wire your money
Taxi
-I can take any route that I want to drive you to your destination, as long as we finally get there.
Restaurant
-Sometimes it takes 30 min to make your food, sometimes 6 hours. We can cook for as long as we want.

This is plain stupid to claim that a casino can take as long as they like.

BC.Game, I ask you; is it really worth to destroy your reputation by refusing to pay out my money? I don't think so, you make a lot each month by gullible gamblers but if you behave like this, customers will refuse to play at you.

I ask you, allow me to withdraw my money and I will edit all my threads with status update.

It looks like they don't care and their reputation is not at risk due to the insufficient facts by OP. Their VIP system is also worse than other alternative gambling platforms, they have to redesign the whole system to clear mud on this jungle, IMO.

If it takes months to verify someone, how long will it take to dispute an accusation with them? Cheesy
they can dispute all they want. all I'm saying is, to lengthen their patience since I've seen casinos can take weeks or month/s to verify someone(which I am not really sure why it would take that long). I am just informing them the possibility of their issue being resolved longer than they expected.

What Slow Death said above is basically what happened. The casino ignores all my emails/live support messages. It's very unprofessional. I send my documents more than 3-4 weeks ago now, absolutely no word from them. Complete silence.

I deposited 2k usdt, won 2 bets, withdrew 1700 usdt and I can not withdraw the rest of my money. No updates, no answers, nothing. More than 3 weeks.
This is not fair for a real gambler and ignoring might be the worst description for their support not unless they have a lot of messages like this and they only have one support to handle this. I’ve seen your previous post and you better update that thread instead of creating a new one. Anyway, since you already tried all the means to contact them, I think this is a waiting game now and hopefully you get their attention to address this issue.

About 3 weeks ago I posted how BC.Game is refusing to let me withdraw my hard earned money from their website. They are stealing even my deposit! Here is the update:
My account continues to remain locked after more than 20 days. BC game does not reply to emails or live support chat. They simply refuse to update on the matter. Scam bookmaker, stay away! Someone please do something, this is completely unacceptable behaviour. Admin should mark them as scammers in this forum.

OP, send PM to the casino representative here on the forum:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/bcgame-2503677

and explain your problem, he doesn't enter the forum constantly, but I still think it's worth sending a pm

Doesn't enter forum constantly is a bit of an euphemism. He hasn't logged in for over a week.
If someone advertises on bitcointalk and doesn't even log in once a week to answer people in his own ann thread, he doesn't seem to care much about the business.

Looking at OP's posts, BC support seems to be working part-time as well.

as I have responded to some of your posts, it could take weeks or month/s and lengthen your patience(sorry for being repetitive). that being said, it would have been nice for them to maintain communication with you instead of not replying to your emails/chats. you being a gambler on their gambling site, they should at least be able to do that.

For them to keep silent without letting you know what they have concluded about your access to withdrawal sucks. I know how you feel OP, you feel that you have been scammed by BC.games but hold on for a little while before this can be concluded as a scam.

You may wanna move this thread to Scam Accusations https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0 Also there is a format to follow, check the pinned threads.
Provide some details and evidence that you have deposited. Everything that you think people should know that you are telling the truth like tx. Scams in crypto casinos are common but you will still need to post evidence to get people on your side. Not just that image you post. It doesn't look like anything but an amount in your account.

There’s already an existing topic about this on scam accusation https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.62418291. The OP is already escalate this issue on ANN thread of Bc.game but still no reply from the forum representative.

I believe the purpose of this thread is to attract attention on his case since his issue on both scam accusation and ANN thread is still unanswered until now by the official representative of the casino since Bc.game Bitcointalk account last login is last July 4.

Have you tried contacting them here https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bcgame-casino-and-sportsbook-1000-giveaway-live-5088875
They have an ANN thread here and it will be advise able for you to contact them directly why waiting for their mail response.
But first move this to scam accusations of reputation where it could be given the attention that it deserved. With more detailed information

OP has already posted on BC.GAME's ann thread and this can be seen here https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.62418180 and in his historic post, and the OP also opened a scam accusation last month and it can be seen here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.62418291

and from what I could read, the OP deposited 2000 USDT and won in 2 games and managed to withdraw more than 1700 USDT and when he tried to withdraw a larger amount the second time, the casino asked him to kyc, but there was no option for him to kyc at the casino and the OP complained about this and after a few days he sent all the documents and has been waiting for many days for his documents to be approved and his account to be verified so he can withdraw and I could also read that there was a delay in the kyc ordeal but I don't know if it was a long delay, then it's strange that the casino doesn't say anything, at least they should say what else they want the OP to do, if the documents have a problem for at least OP to correct it

staying silent and ignoring OP is not a good way unless OP is not telling the whole story well, from what I saw from their ann thread most people have no problem with the casino and the casino has a signature campaign running So that means they communicate with the manager, so it's hard to imagine that they would scam or steal from someone to get a bad reputation.

OP, send PM to the casino representative here on the forum:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/bcgame-2503677

and explain your problem, he doesn't enter the forum constantly, but I still think it's worth sending a pm

I understand your account won't allow you to post image but what you have in the link is not anywhere enough to get people to understand what happened. You only show you have 3773.4 usdt or so in the wallet and that will not tell anything. What about email messages etc .

Moreover no background stories or what reason they gave for not allowing you to withdraw? Or is it an issue of KYC.
